Bienvenue à Uptown Sedona! The Uptown House allie luxe moderne, espace ouvert, emplacement idéal et vue imprenable. La maison dispose d'une piscine chauffée nouvellement construite, d'un spa, d'une cheminée, d'un foyer à gaz, d'un grand barbecue, d'une cuisine extérieure et bien plus encore. Cette spacieuse maison entièrement rénovée de plus de 3 800 pieds carrés comprend une cuisine à aire ouverte, un coin repas, un coin salon et un salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, du café, des épices, des condiments et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Il y a 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes en bas dans le salon principal. L’étage supérieur comprend un appartement en mezzanine séparé avec une belle salle de bains semblable à un spa et une cuisine complète. Il dispose également d'un patio panoramique avec une vue imprenable sur Red Rock.

My girlfriends and I stayed at the house for a girls weekend! The house was great! Beds for all twelve of us and lots of sitting areas for us to hang and relax. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the location of the property was walkable to town. I would highly recommend this house for others to rent. Thank you!

My family of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed spending our annual family vacation in this lovely home. The location of the house was a plus as it is in walking distance to town. Also, after a hike relaxing in the pool and hot tub was wonderful. The house itself has a nice layout. Lots of room. We also enjoyed the grill. I would recommend this home for a fun family vacation.

My wife and I along with 5 adult family members and a 7 month old baby stayed here for 4 nights. The place is great- no complaints. We hit a stretch of colder and wetter weather than normal but still we had a great time hiking and checking out the town. We also had fun at the house- playing cards, cooking meals, and spending time in the pool and hot tub. Even in the evening when it was in the mid 40s the heated pool felt warm and comfortable.
Even though the house is rather expensive I would definitely recommend this house to others.

The location and size of the home are spectacular. We could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. When we arrived, we were stunned by the size of the house. It was MORE than comfortable for 8 girls. The upstairs 'suite' is its own little retreat. Between the stunning views and the enormous bathroom, we didn't want to leave that portion of the home.

Such a great property! We were impressed with how much baby items they had to accommodate for our son. The neighborhood was quiet, scenery was great and the weather was fantastic which made it nice to enjoy the pool. The house was clean, spacious and we loved all the amenities! Would rebook again!

The house had exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. For our family of 10, with ages from 12 through 78, the house provided plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. We paid to heat the pool which provided lots of entertainment for the kids. Great walking distance to town. Downtown Sedona was very busy the week between Christmas and New Years so being able to walk locations made it easier.

The uptown home was great for our group of 8 family members. The pros were the size, cleanliness (in the house, not necessarily around the spa), amenities, and proximity to town. It really is a great house.
Unfortunately, we downgraded what could have been an across-the-board 5-star review due to the house not being as described because of inoperative central heat on the upper level. This fact was not disclosed to us prior to our arrival and, in fact, not until the next day after we had inquired with the agent about the heat - there was a part on order. A space heater was available (and used by us). Before using the space heater, the upstairs temperature was 56 degrees. The upstairs is large and includes a kitchen area, a sitting room, and a large bedroom area. Consequently, we spent the majority of our time on the main floor where the heat was working but missed regularly enjoying the upstairs with its beautiful view.
Other minor items included the lack of an instruction binder...something that has been in every other VRBO in which we have stayed. It may not be required, but it would have been useful for such things as operating the outdoor spa, etc... Oh, we marked down the check-in process because the maids were still cleaning the house until 30 minutes after our scheduled check-in.

It was a great place for our 9 family members to enjoy games and recharge between our tours and outings. Wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely stay here again! A++++

We enjoyed our stay - the house was well stocked which was great because we like to cook and dine in. Nice walk to downtown. Had some slight trouble getting the check in information but once in was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was that we had hoped to swim but did not realize we needed to give advance notice for the pool to be heated - would recommend noting that for people unfamiliar with how these things work.

This place was awesome! It was a quick walk to stores, restaurants, and the Pink Jeep Tours. They had every kind of amenity that you thought you might need, and several you didn't even realize you'd want! It was like staying at a friend's house! Thank you for making our stay perfect!

Beautiful house
We had a great 4 nights staying at this property. The master bedroom and the upstairs suite were amazing. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone, The house has a huge, well stocked kitchen. Outside there is a very nice pool and hot tub. The house was so close to everything. We were able to walk to some of the downtown restaurants and shops. Overall a wonderful house.

This lovely home had a separate wing for us as the Grandparents in the group. It is beautiful and has everything you would want as your "own place". The rest of the house gave privacy to my son and his family. If you want to be able to walk to stores and restaurants, this is the place. It is just far enough away from uptown that you don't get the town noise or clutter. but close enough to walk to if wanted.
