could not use the tv - no instructions and only managed to use Netflix
booking.com provided one code with a different address - rental company another which was confusing
looks like boiler is leaking - bowl was under it with no explanation
towels in need of being repacked
no shower gel - thought that this was a bit mean not to have been provided it

Wonderful place with a neet and modern flat
We left the key in the room and never received responses on the email nor later on on the phone. Luckily the window opens easily from the outside, but we could have slept outside for 1 night
