Condo has an amazing view. The mattresses aren't memory foam but do have memory foam toppers. They're still really comfortable. We could have used one or two more blankets but it wasn't enough of an issue enough of an issue to contact management about. Overall it was a great stay.

We enjoyed Treasure Island! We have been staying there for about nine years, every summer. Unfortunately, this condo was disappointing. The balcony and balcony furniture were filthy. The furniture was old and falling apart. We were unable to enjoy the balcony because of its condition. The stove top was cracked. The place was not very clean. There was no dresser in the Master bedroom.The tv, in the living room had a line straight down the middle of the screen.Beds were terribly uncomfortable.Needless to say, condo 1103 was did not meet our expectations!

This was our second trip to Treasure Island in PCB. The TI staff were cleaning every day and were very pleasant. The pool was cleaned every day and very comfortable. The AC was not working in the 4 elevators and on each floor while waiting on the elevator you have the exhaust from the bathroom fans blowing hot and stinky air on you while you wait for the elevator. Some of the great things about 1103 are the included 2 chairs on the beach which are randomly assigned but they kept the same for the week The balcony is huge and has a wonderful view. The water pressure and AC in the unit work very well. The refrigerator was turned down to the lowest setting but we were able to figure that out easily. There are 12cup and Kcup coffee makers, plenty of silverware and place settings. There are 2 blenders and a 4 slot toaster. The not so good thing was the cleanliness of the room overall. I expect some sand in the room due to the beach and balcony but the master bed had sand in the bed. The unit needs a deep clean. There was a rat trap behind the master nightstand which was luckily seen before it was felt while looking for something that fell on the floor. The furniture seems outdated although the description states upgraded. The outside outlet (GFCI) was tripped and we got it to work but it still showed the tripped red light. The garbage disposal was clogged but we got it working as well. With 6 of us there for the week, we could have used more towels rather than having to wash them each day but not a big deal. We didn’t see a ladder for the bunk beds. We used the TI gas grills on level 3 for 3 meals and these were cleaned daily and worked well. We ate at Pier Park, Dat Cajun Place, and The Wharf and each meal was delicious.

They were working on the balcony from Monday-Thursday with paper on all windows, outdoor furniture stacked with plastic covering them, plastic on the floor. We did not have use of the balcony this whole time. Woke up to noise Monday morning to find a man sitting on balcony. I stepped out in my pjs needless to say I was startled and frightened.
Arrive back to the unit we found that pest control had been let into the unit without any notice. We had computer, jewelry, medication and cash sitting out for the taking.
They were going to cut the water off one day. Luckily I saw the notice at the back of the elevator down low where if there had been other people in the elevator you would never have seen the notice.
With the amount of money we spent for the week to have a gulf front unit we should have been notified of the work to be done so we could make other arrangements. I feel we certainly did not get what we paid for. I have tried repeatedly to take this situation up with your company with no response. I feel we deserve some restitution for your failure to provide what was promised.

Our vacation stay in this spacious condo in Panama City was absolutely **amazing**! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful decor and the stunning views of the city and ocean.
The living area was so **comfortable** and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and the dining area was great for enjoying our meals together.
The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so **comfy**, we had the best night's sleep every night. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided.
One of the highlights of our stay was the balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while taking in the breathtaking views of the city and ocean. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub, which were both clean and well-maintained.
Overall, our stay in this spacious condo in Panama City was a **dream** come true. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

First time staying in PCB in a very long time. We loved the location and view from this unit. Beach chairs and umbrella were included with the unit. Pool was fabulous, you could see the gulf from the pool. Having assigned covered parking was a bonus. Pet friendly was very important to me. They have a small relief area but would be great if they would fence that in and have a bench added for pet owners.

Treasure Island is beautiful however this condo is filthy and in very poor condition. We checked in and found the bedding to be extremely stained with bodily fluids and holes. We immediately put them in the washing machine which is not how we wanted to start our vacation. The arm of the couch was laying on the floor and continued to fall off the entire stay. There were only two bar stools and the other two were broken sitting in the master closet. There was someone else’s clothing hanging in the closet, a curling iron plugged into the wall of the bedroom, rusty silverware, egg yolk splattered all over the silverware holder, broken pizza cutter and can opener, master bathroom smelled strongly of urine, soap scum build up in both showers. I have photos of everything! We went to the store, bought cleaning supplies and came back to clean the room. So disappointing especially with the amount of money we spent for the week. I reached out via email and they did bring new comforters and new silverware. I asked for the barstools to be fixed so we all had somewhere to sit. That request was ignored. The cushions on the kitchen chairs along with the patio furniture desperately need cleaned or replaced. The floors were so gross we wore shoes the entire time. I would stay away from this unit until they decide to deep clean the unit and fix many of the conditional items. We’ve stayed at treasure island for years and have never experienced a condo of this filth. We didn’t go on vacation to clean and feel disgusted!

Love treasure island. Fantastic patio furniture. Condo was clean upon arrival and was able to check in an hour early. The screen to the balcony was torn loose at the bottom and side. There was no fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. Would tent again.

This unit is in need of some attention. The housekeeping is terrible. The floors were very dirty. The mattress in the smaller bedroom needs to be replaced as it creaks and is uncomfortable. The furnishings were worn and three of the four barstools were broken and stored in a closet, leaving only one barstool operable. Transition between laminate flooring and tile was coming up. We couldn't have the sliding doors open to the balcony because both screen doors were broken and the screens were torn. The owner needs to put some money back into this unit and make it a five star property. One of the only good things about this unit is that the building is very solid and we could not hear noise from any of the neighbors.

No TV in Master , no Cable . Broken / inoperable can opener ! No wine glasses, filthy toaster & coffeepot.

This was probably one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. I had to buy cleaner and mop the floors. Our feet turned black just walking on the floors. There was no hair dryer in the room. The kitchen was incredibly ill-equipped. The one cookie sheet had dried food all over it. Very disappointed with the room - but loved the location.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island, it was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very nice and we really liked the location in relation to Captain Andersons marina and away fron the busy areas. The condo had everything we needed and great views, i would defifinitely stay here again.
