I like everything.

I have stayed at Hotel Nilas just about every time I come to Tarapoto, Peru! All of the employees are friendly and helpful! The food is delicious in the restaurant, and it’s only a hop, skip & a jump to the beautiful Plaza! There’s a beautiful roof top bar, swimming pool and jacuzzi!

Friendly Staff, Convenient Location, Clean

The location is fantastic. Everything you need right on your doorstep. The main plaza is a short 2 min stroll and I mean, walking at snail pace! Even then it was quite peaceful and quiet and we had a street-side room. No motor taxis are allowed in the main plaza which helps with the noise levels. There's a really decent restaurant next door open 8am-11:30pm selling everything from burgers, local food, breakfast, and dinner. If that doesn't suit you there are plenty of other options around the plaza. The supermarket is a block away and a pharmacy is around the corner from the hotel right on the plaza. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Limited breakfast options (good coffee though) but the restaurant next door has a fantastic menu to suit all budgets.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is within a half block of the city center. Airport pickup was great.

A/C was a bit noisy, but not bad. Grateful for A/C.
