Weve stayed here numerous times. Its our go to first choice when coming to Starkville. Everything as discribed.

Great stay, condo is clean and exactly as described. Location is close to downtown Starkville and convenient to campus. Would recommend to friends!

This was perfect for move in weekend. I was able to work online while i visited with my kid. It was nice to have a space to come back too that was large enough for us to cook and enjoy dinner together.

The pictures do not give this space enough credit. The space is very spacious and the furniture/bed/bedding/dishes and bathrooms are all very up to date and clean. Parking is assigned and the unit is in the back of the complex, so road noise is not a problem

The apt was nice and clean.the host was most helpful. The complex is not inviting.

We came into town for Mississippi State orientation. We just loved all the decorations and knick knacks representing Mississippi. We didn’t use the kitchen as we ate out for every meal, But i did notice that she has everything you would need to cook if you needed too. The master bedroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed gathering in the living room and watching our favorite television shows. We also enjoyed sitting on the front patio in the evenings as well as in the mornings. Libby’s place was about a 5 min drive to the college. We really enjoyed our short stay and look forward to staying here again over the next 4 years while our daughter attends college

Clean, cozy, and convenient

Enjoyed our quick stay in Starkville. Very comfortable condo on second floor. Easy booking, check in and check out. This was a our second time staying here and I like the bedroom and bathroom set up.

Loved the little apartment. Couches were comfortable, beds as well! Great little place to stay and is very up for date as well!

I appreciate that everything was clean. The king bed was too firm for us but we made it for 1 night. Thanks you for the early checkin.

We were in Starkville for my son’s graduation. What a great place for our family to stay. Mrs. Libby was very attentive to our questions! The place is very spacious & quiet. My skeptical husband was very pleased with my selection!

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed from coffee to extra blankets. Beds were very comfortable and host was super responsive. Would highly recommend!

This was my second time to stay here. While this rental is not high end or in the Cotton District, it covers all the basics for a very fair price. Libby is wonderful to work with. Starkville needs more rentals like this!

My husband was worried when we first pulled up, but the inside of the property was great! It is an older apartment complex so it doesn’t have the best facade, but we were told that they are in the process of updating the outside. The owner was wonderful and everything inside was neat and clean. It was perfect for a quick visit to Starkville.

This was a great location for game weekend. Libby was outstanding to work with, excellent communication. The condo is well laid out, both bedrooms having a bathroom was a plus. There were some cleaning issues, which Libby promptly addressed. Only down side, out of Libbys control, is neighboring property is a bit unkempt - trash, graffiti. But the condo was quiet and met all our needs. I would recommend for adult couples or parents with college age children.

The owner was very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The property is nice and very spacious. The outer appearance of the kitchen was very nice, however the stove/oven and inside the refrigerator could stand to have a good cleaning. All in all the property was great and we enjoyed our stay that allowed us to cook some home cooked meals and visit with our college kids.

Condo was nice, good space and adequate to our needs. However, living room TV worked sporadically at best via Dish. Kitchen supplies could be enhanced but were okay, at least.Overall, we enjoyed our time there and enjoyed our trip.

We had plenty of room and reserved parking was a plus. Easy drive to everywhere we needed to be while in Starkville.

Very nice, comfortable and clean rental. Location was not exactly what I expected. I did not feel that I could walk anywhere I wanted.
