Quiet neighborhood condo steps from Dillon Reservoir and everything you want to do in Colorado. Holing, biking, fishing, water sports, food coffee and good food close by. Great price as well.

Lovely location and great unit. I couldn’t sleep on the mattress because it was very soft. I slept one night on the couch but didn’t sleep well. The jetted tub did not work. The hot tub temperature was warm but not enough to soak in. So I did cut my trip short by one night. I informed the property owner and hope to get an adjustment in the fees.

The check in process was so smooth, the place was sparkling clean and the location was amazing. Having the grill and heated garages were extra nice touches as well as the hot tub that overlooked a beautiful mountain range. We’re hoping to rent again for next year.

Cozy winter retreat!
The condo was ample space for my Husband and I with an over night stay from our son on the sofa bed. The condo was very cozy with a great fireplace that took the chill out of your bones after a day in the snow. Tons of extras in the place. Survey what is there prior to stopping at the store. The town of Frisco is awesome. Plenty of great restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Breckinridge with plenty more. We loved everything about our stay and would certainly return.

Lovely Evening
The place was beautiful and perfect for our one night. We loved that they had shampoo, conditioner and body soap as well as liquid hand soap at every sink. Amazing! The fire was awesome and really heated the room as well as creating ambiance.

Comfortable
We felt quite comfortable with location and overall property condition. Offer one suggestion for the property owner: We did not discover a notebook describing restaurants, local activities (hikes, water sports, etc.) and map of city and area. Most VRBO where we have stayed provide information of that sort. Maintenance needed included the door to balcony could not be locked. The balcony furniture and out side of grill were in need of cleaning. These last two items were not complaints but are information to assist the owner to be aware. We certainly would return to the property in the future.

Location, Location, Location
We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. Not only is this city one of our favorites because of its perfect mountain ans lake combo, but it is surrounded by biking and hiking trails! The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is the less than optimal communication with the host. Even upon initial communication with the host, it could be days or longer before ai got a response to my message. I would like to kindly suggest that the owner make an effort to reply more efficiently. It would make for a more positive experience :)

Great location to reach all the ski resorts in the area. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Unit was very nice and in great shape.

Good stay
My husband and I enjoyed our ski week. Roomy living area, comfortable furniture. Bathroom has tub and shower. Washer/dryer in unit. Very clean. Heated garage. Convenient food and other shopping. Other reviews accurate. Check kitchen before you shop as we found lots of spices, cooking oil, etc. in cabinets. Check-in was easy with use of lock box.

Overall great experience. Not the greatest view from balcony, a parking lot and neighboring condo building, but the unit is very nice. Comfortable King bed. Good shower and bathroom. Really nice having in unit washer and dryer. TV in bedroom larger than one in living room. HA! Having the garage available was great! Wish it was a closer to town. Not quite walkable for an evening stroll or walk to dinner. 10am checkout is a little early. I can see in the busy summer months or ski season that being a ok, but in the off peak times like we went this week, 12 noon would have been nice. Thanks for letting us use your place. Will consider it again for sure.

First time in Colorado
We loved Frisco and our Condo. It was very clean and quiet area. It is a good location to venture out to the other ski resorts. We would stay here again. Loved the downtown of Frisco. Lots of good places to eat and shop.

Beautiful Condo!
This was our first experience at Timberline Cove. The location is great and it was very nice to have a garage area for bicycle storage. The condo has wonderful amenities and is very comfortable and quiet. We would happily stay there again.

Great place to stay
The condo was clean, beautiful, had a well appointed kitchen and located right on the bike path. Garage parking was convenient and made it possible to leave our kayaks on the roof rack when we returned after a great day of paddling on Lake Dillon. We will stay here again.

Great location, overall good place, poor communication
Overall, the place was as listed and good. That said, there were some small issues that were a pain. The front screen door’s handle kept falling off, the back door wouldn’t lock, the crank to open the window was broken, and the blinds for the big window with a view were broken so we couldn’t see out the window. The property management was hard to coordinate with for booking (remaining in Pending status for a number of weeks through lots of emails from me) and was unresponsive to the messages regarding the repairs needed in the condo.

This condo was in a great location, central to all ski areas, especially for Copper Mountain. It was very modern and well maintained with a lot of features, including a covered garage. We’ll definitely look to stay here in the future.

Perfect location and amenities
This condo was a short walk to the shuttle to go to Copper or Breckenridge as well as to groceries and restaurants. It met all of our needs for a short weekend ski trip with access to the garage as well as the hot tub. It is spacious and provided everything we needed concerning both kitchen items as well as bathroom items. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to return in the future and utilize this exact location if possible!

Perfect place for our special vacation of the year with my grandkids.
The location was great, easy access to freeway. The condo was quiet, clean and everything worked. It was roomy for a 1 bedroom, the jacuzzi was great after a day of skiing. Loved the heated garage when it was -7 outside in the morning. Thank you, really made our vacation special.

Wonderful, Spacious and Well Equipped 1 BR Condo
Very nice property. Very large one BR with an office. Very nice Weber gas grill. Right on the bike path. If you like to ride, walk, cook, eat and watch TV on a big screen with lots of choices this is an excellent choice. Kudos to Scott, the manager. I emailed him we were out of propane and he replaced it the next day. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing Condo in Frisco
Loved the condo and location - right next to bike path. Condo very well equipped and modern. Very nice kitchen with all you need, wonderful bathroom with jetted tub and large shower, massive TV in bedroom and living room, gas grill, washer/dryer, parking in garage under building with assigned parking space and wall mounts to store bikes. Was perfect for what we needed. Scott was really responsive when we had a minor issue upon arrival. We will come back!
