Far from city centre and beach plus a long wait to check in even though we called with one hour before or more.

Quite generous space.
Main issue was with the hot water/shower availability. I have booked City Park Studio for 5 nights initially, but I had no hot water available starting my 3rd day in. Quite a discomfort in late spring / beginning of summer temperature. I understood it was a maintenance ongoing but I would recommend to check with the host before checking in so you can avoid this issue.
