'Happy Landing' A light and spacious apartment at the heart of 'The Bay'.
Un appartement de vacances au premier étage lumineux et aéré dans ce complexe primé. L'appartement dispose de deux chambres et de deux salles de bains et n'est qu'à un jet de pierre du centre du village où vous trouverez la piscine, la salle de sport, le sauna, le hammam, le restaurant-pub et la cuisine Bayside. Une promenade de dix minutes vous trouve sur un tronçon de trois milles de sable doré.
L'appartement accepte les chiens (un chien) et est équipé d'un lit de voyage et d'une chaise haute.
Une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit est également disponible au sein de l'établissement.
Il y a un grand parking gratuit devant l'appartement et les nombreuses stations balnéaires et attractions de la côte du Yorkshire sont à portée de main.

Clean and well positioned
More than happy with the accommodation. Mark the owner messaged to tell us the apartment had been cleaned and we could gain entry earlier than agreed which was good.
Our only grumble would be with the site amenities. With the amount of accommodation now on the site more thought should be given to what’s on offer at the shop and also the cafe. Length of opening hours should be extended.

Great stay
A great little flat with everything we needed for four of us including a toddler. Easy access to the beach and facilities. We love filey and the bay and this apartment was just what we needed to have a place to relax between beach visits.

This property was perfect for our stay! We have just returned after an excellent few days away. The location of the property is great; centrally positioned within The Bay and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was extremely clean and on arrival, we were very impressed with the level of cleaning that had obviously taken place. It was much appreciated! Thank you for a fantastic stay in your apartment, we hope to return sometime soon.

Great for short break
We stopped at the property for 4 nights. Perfect location for a walk along the beach and short drive to Scarborough. Bunk room quite small so room size may not have worked for our 11 and 13 year olds if we had wanted a longer break (both at an age where they need own space). Property very clean and well maintained. Kitchen decent size and well equipped. Would consider again for a short break.

The perfect doggy paradise and great for humans too.
Light, airy but warm apartment on first floor, adequately sized for two to four people. Near pub, pharmacy and leisure centre but peaceful and quiet. Best of all was the easy access to the beach which was where we spent all of our time. An ideal long weekend destination.

A great property for the price. Plenty of room and very well equipped. Stayed here for a mid week break with 2 teenagers. We all loved it. Would definitely stay again if in the area. It was a great touch having board games and a wide variety of DVDs to choose from.

exactly as expected
The appartment was well equipped and very clean, the only negative being the really uncomfortable setees, mainly because one of them was a sofa bed which a=had no support when you sat on it. The Bay was within 30 minutes walk along the beach to Filey. There is a pub and cafe and a pharmacy, but they could do with a grocery shop for simple essentials and newspapers. Dont go if you dont like dogs, as everyone seems to have one. I would have liked a bit more information when booking about payment details, then directions of the resort,as it is outside Filey.

Mini break
Apartment was perfect for us. My son loves the bunk bed, most comfortable bed ever! Location was great, really near the pub, leisure centre etc and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It’s totally dog friendly as is the whole of Filey! We visited Scarborough castle, a brilliant day out and walked down the beach to filey for fish and chips and classic amusements on the front. There was a great park in filey with loads of activities for kids. The bay resort itself had loads on for kids, we booked crazy carts, geo caching, football and also went swimming and loads of walks! Overall a gem of a place for kids and parents alike. Will def return and if poss to this apt. Really great value and v nicely looked after . Thanks 😀
