It was fun to stay in a neighborhood - it was very quiet and quaint. We loved the view from our room. Virginia was very nice and welcoming. I never thought to ask about air-conditioning - but the ceiling fan was good and we were comfortable. It was very clean and we had everything we needed.

Virginia is a caring, attentive and friendly host. Incredible view. Peaceful place away from the tourist areas.

Brandon's Beach is a little further than I thought. 20-30min walk. However it was my favourite beach of all. Nobody was there (except on Sunday). Super safe with policing and life guard 8am-4pm.

It was a very comfortable and welcoming stay. Great location too.

The host Virginia is awesome! She'll help you with everything you need esp. information about the island, how to get around, ... The accomodation is simple but has everything one needs. It's not far awy from the centre of Bridgetown but on the outskirts of town so that you can easily get to anywhere on the island without too much of a hassle.

The location was good with a short walk to all available bus routes. The area was very local and safe which is a nice contrast to some of the tourist resorts. Local rum shacks and food outlets where locals went were also a real bonus to see.

Maybe a little out of the way if you just want to pop out for a stroll. Although some people may not want or need to use the internet, nowadays it's usually included in the price and shouldn't be paid for extra.
