The villa is very clean and has everything you need. The outside patio and pool area are lovely and gets the sun from early in the morning until it goes down. It is also very private as it has a wall around it. It is a quiet area with a 5 minute walk to the shop and taxi rank. It is possible to walk to the marina area or take a taxi which is about €3 or to get to the centre of Playa Blanca is about €4 depending on the time of day but we never paid more than €5 to get anywhere. I thought the apartment was excellent value for money and the host was very good at communication and very accommodating.
