Plutôt propre, chambre relativement agréable.
Personnel peu aimable.
Alors que nous avions du sommeil à récupérer, la servante a réveillé tout le monde à 8h du matin en frappant comme une furie sur la porte, pour entrer pratiquement sans demander dans nos chambres pour récupérer des matelas qu'elle avait oubliés pour un autre client.

It was good price and kept me out if the rain...the wifi did nit wirk..I had to ask fir a shower head..the water heater had to be changed because soaks came from the plug my electric shaver cot fire with smoke and sparks..the management made no effort to enumerate of compensate for all I endured....not even took time to apologize..the linen was never changed and their was on pillow per bed...but I was safe from the rain outside
No wifi...no linen changed for three daYs..i arrived about an hour early..was told to wait until 2 pm..then when we started checking in..there was a demand for cash as deposit and more paperwirk that should and could have been done during the hour wait which was not a reasonable request ...when we got to the room there was no instruction as to how to use the various remotes for air conditioning TV...so I had to go back and forth to the desk asking questions hoiw to operate remotes and wifi code which did not connect .. the shower had no head sprayer so it was like taking a shower under a open pipe and a water fall in one..only two towels fir three days the water heater to make coffee dud nor eirk and the plug made a fire spark when plugged in....

Nothing, receptionist are cheaters. Accusing me that I paid less where in fact I paid in full cash. They immediately called me without checking first on their CCTV or Cash machine. Too bad!!!
Everything! Receptionist are cheaters, they doesn’t know how to resolve issues when we reported that there were cockroaches all over the rooms. You can’t sleep properly coz even in the bed there are cockroaches

The room is not well maintained. The linens and covers of bed are not that clean neither smell fresh. Room is not clean and smells bad.

When I requested to change to a room with security locks the staff obliged and changed my room. The bed felt clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning, lights and WiFi worked well.
The toilet seat was wet, the tap on the bathroom sink didn't look wiped and there was no hot water in the shower. I accidently left some makeup on the towel and was charged a 500pesos fee because staff said there was a blood stain. When I explained it was makeup they still charged me the same fee.

I liked the location.
The room was dirty. There were dirts around the area and the beddings had some shavings of some kind. There were no complimentary slippers provided.

Only the food and the view out of the window.
The services is really bad, dirty pillows no blankets broken switch, slippery floor, dusty, They're stupid putting a hair blower but the outlet is not working and the kettle is not fitting into the outlet, stuff are not responsible, that was a bad experiences ever.

You’ll want to use ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise as located just off main road. Jeepneys and cars horning and revving engines all day long as you’ll find all over Manila
