La ubicación en una playa preciosa a 5 min de Riveira… el entorno es un paraíso
Personal nuevo ( empezaba la temporada de verano Justo el día que yo estuve) y había mucha inexperiencia. Las habitaciones que dan al mar , bonitas, pero las que dan al parking … tristes.
El restaurante tiene comida rica pero los camareros no tienen mucha experiencia

Lovely hotel in a very quiet beachside location. Clean room, lovely balcony overlooking the beach in the beachside rooms. And we loved that they had a small sofa you could sit in and relax if you wanted to watch TV>
Unfortuneatly they allow smoking on the balconies and so we had to put up with the smoking from the balcony next door and unfortunatly the smell and smoke came into our room. It meant we could not really enjoy sitting out on the balcony or even sit in our room with the doors open. We had to close them. Very disappointing. They do not allow smoking in the rooms maybe that should include the balconies.

Great location.
Even it was like 18 degrees and raining outside, the temperature in the room is very high. AC is not working correctly or is working very poorly. We could open the windows and it was very comfortable inside, however in hot weather it would be unacceptably hot.

We had a lovely few days at the hotel. The cafeteria staff and the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional.
The bar food in the cafeteria was limited but perhaps that was due to being off season.

Would have been nice for bar staff to ask people around the pool, if wanted drinks.

The room was very spacious it was the suite. the hotel is located right on the beautiful beach and 20 minutes walk to Ribera. Excellent hotel.

great views over the beach from our balcony. Very clean hotel, the cleaners were present first thing in the morning and during the day.
Breakfast was very good, extensive range of food.
Dinner was delicious. Staff were very helpful and happy to talk with you.
Big outdoor swimming pool.
Lovely woodland walk around to another beach.
Good free parking for our motorbike right outside the hotel.
Nothing bad about the hotel itself but shame about the banging music all day from the beach bar opposite which went on to about 11pm at night.

Hotel with a very nice view and a great swimmingpool and lot of other facilities. A long and comfortable footpath near the coastline leads to the city.

Cool location close to the beach. Big and clean rooms. The simplest room has no views to the sea but better ones would have amazing ones. Cool big TV screen. They let us occupy the room before 1am due to a wedding to the one we went. Free parking in the property.
The room had shower, usually i prefer bathtub. In the morning, we couldn't take a coke in the bar cause they just served breakfasts until 1pm, something that i didn't understand very well...

1. Only 1 person spoke English- a housekeeper; but VERY limited English at the front desk
2. Hotel has opened/closed many times- so the upkeep was lacking
3. No spa as advertised
4. No laundry on site as advertised (went into town- no big deal)
