La comida no me gusto mucho

Отель замечательный. Отдыхали вдвоем с двухлетней дочерью. Жили в главном корпусе с видом на море. Это было очень удобно- все рядом. Поужинать- спустился на 1 этаж отеля, кондитерская - 3 этаж отеля и тд. Территория небольшая, но такая красивая, с террасами, разноуровневыми ресторанами, вымощенными булыжником улочками, лавочками для отдыха, тропинками, лестницами и тд. Каждый уголочек продуман и задействован до мелочей. Сервис очень хороший. С ребенком неудобно бегать за напитками, поэтому в основном всегда нам все приносили. Пляж чистый до тех пор, пока невоспитанные туристы не начинают мусорить. Заход в море удобный для мягких ножек, можно обойтись без кораллок. На коляске абсолютно везде можно проехать- вопрос времени, сил и желания. До пляжа на лифте - пара минут, до мини клуба по улочке минут 7. Единственный минус - кто собирается селится в главном корпусе с детками - возможно у вас под окном будет сцена с музыкой до 00:00. В номере все слышно. Нам это не мешало, но может Ктото очень чувствительный. По всем необходимым вопросам нам помогала Оксана с guest relation, которая еще до приезда в отель написала, что будет сопровождать нас во время пребывания. Все запросы решались очень быстро. Очень приятная девушка, которая знает свою работу и стремится помочь туристам реально отдохнуть не думая ни о каких проблемах.

Loved the water slides, spa and basic amenities.

The property was home to numerous cats, which was a notable aspect. What I found particularly unpleasant was that these cats would frequently enter the enclosed dining area and position themselves beside the food counters. Both the staff and the guests would offer food to the cats directly from the counters using their hands before picking up desserts or salads. This situation significantly raised concerns about potential food contamination. Despite making requests to the staff, they did not respond, and as a result, the cats would roam freely in various directions causing disruption. Additionally, we encountered an issue where we were not provided with an adequate number of bed sheets for the room we had booked. It was necessary to make around five phone calls at midnight to request the sheets. Such a scenario is certainly unexpected when considering the standards of a resort.

Activiities at the Resort. Proximity to Bodrum. Food is tasty.

Definitely needs a renovation. Rooms are old and dirty. Towels provided have stains.

Our grand suite butler Murat and the concierge Erdal made our stay amazing. Any request we could possibly just think of was fulfilled by the team within 5 minutes. They brought an amazing breakfast to our suite every morning that consisted of 20 different items and prepped the coffee in our room. Murat drove us to any location on property and waited for us to be ready to go back to the room. We travel a lot but never had a service like this before, not even in the suite area of a cruise ship.

Nothing. Everything was incredible.

We stayed at the room of 1322 and it was not comfortable! The reasons: 1. AC was old and was not stopping at the temp. that we set up. It was always working and there were no remote. The controller was mounted on the wall, so we needed to wake up to stop it when it’s too cold and then wake up to run it again when it’s too hot. 2. The most annoying part - the hot water and the pressure of the water. There were no hot water on the first day and we have been told that there is a general problem that they were trying to fix. It went like this for first 2 days. My son cried because of having a shower with cold water. Then we realized it was not about a problem but the high usage around 5-6pm but the water pressure problem was there all the time. 3. Room fridge is not making the drinks cold. 4. The light are not enough and the light in the corridor wasn’t working. We used the flash light of our phones to pick our clothes. 5. The cupboard was not well designed. You have to be at least 6ft tall to properly see the shelves. 6. There is no proper beach or a place with sand for kids to play, dont’ be fooled by the pictures. If you have a kid who likes to play in the sand and want to swim in a sandy see, this is not a place for you bc the shore is full of rocks and no sand even on the beach there is no sand! 7. Did we have fun? Yes, on the water slides and we tried to not to see these little problems but nonetheless those were something keep your customer away. There were other problems but these are the most annoying ones that I can remember.
