The location is in good proximity to the main town, with easy access to amenities.
The facilities were unfortunately not maintained: broken sink faucet, old sunken mattress and bed, broken dish drain, old sponge and dish rag. Need to hire proper reception staff and upgrade reception area

The breakfast wasn't what I expected, but ok. The location was perfect for my business. I would choose to stay there again.
The TV was too small, and the kitchen facilities wasn't satisfactory.

Quiet area, convenient for Roseau town centre and Ferry terminal. On road parking and vehicle rental next door. Staff were friendly and efficient.
I didn't get to eat at the restaurant on site, but it is good that this is there, as other local eateries are a little further away, and like many Caribbean islands, Roseau pretty much shuts down at night.
Although quiet and comfortable as the room goes. There was audible music heard until approx midnight from the venue (I assume restaurant/bar on site). I was also able to hear my neighbour upstairs when they were moving furniture around.
AC was good, if anything it was too good for the size of single room I was in.
No drink making facilities in the room, which was a surprise.
Breakfast spread was decent, although if not a fan of fruit, there was little else to eat apart from bread/toast. There was a waffle making iron, which staff were setting up, but I was unable to try out due to my timing.
Things often run on Caribbean time, this needs to be taken into account when planning your day.

Nice addition for the price of the room. A buffet without interaction, and for me that's a positive point.
Maybe the location of the reception in the basement... but that is really a minor thing. In the ground floor my room didn't has any view... but for the price and location you can't expect any more.

I had a great stay - this family-run hotel is super friendly and is a very good location for accessing Roseau by foot, but it also has easy parking if you're hiring a car (as I did) to explore other parts of the island. Really nice breakfast with lots of local tropical fruit every morning too!

Nice, comfortable room with clean bathroom. We walked from the ferry port, and the next day we got a bus to another part of the island. Real nice owners, and pretty good breakfast.
The area didn’t have many restaurants near it, but we did find one place that was open for dinner.

Staff at the guesthouse were great!
The breakfast was really good too!
When there is availability, I would encourage to be more flexible with check out times and not require to pay half the day’s fee for it. We barely stayed at the room but wanted to keep our luggage safe and have a shower before we depart so had to pay for the extra few hours.
Rooms and furniture are also old and there is room for improvement in shower/toilet facilities!

Clean, simple rooms with a nice balcony, Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was a short walk from the city centre
It was a bit noisy overnight with music playing outside the hotel - likely just a one-off as was a bank holiday weekend!

Comfortable rooms - Queen and twin have a terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea. Air conditioning and spotlessly clean. Fabulous range of fresh fruit, coffee and toast included for breakfast. Omelette/ eggs too for a little extra. We ate at the restaurant a few nights and the food is top notch - local fish was amazing and you definitely need to try their rum punch! Owners so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Patrick and Carol are great hosts, really welcoming. Food was tasty, nicely cooked, and presented. Nice location just outside town.
Everything was to our liking 🙂

Breakfast is great platters of many fresh fruits, toast with butter, jam, cream cheese & hot cocoa, tea or coffee.
Gave us a great recommendation for lunch in Roseau at Pearl's. A super tasty & hearty lunch!!
Some bar items were unavailable even though they were advertised. Just a little disappointing. We found an acceptable alternative.

Carol and Phil were so lovely and welcoming. They do more than an excellent job and we feel their passion for welcoming people and advising them to visit the best places around the Island.

Friendly staff, great view from the rooftop, comfy internal restaurant, good breakfast, nice location in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the city center
A tiny mouse sneaking around the room during the night

The host is extremely helpful (thank you :-) . To be recommended.

Proximity to the ferry. Breakfast was great.
No coffee sticks or teabags, no spoons either.... Very noisy when rooms on either side have showers... Hi

A very well managed guesthouse, it is more like a hotel.
no complaints

everything works properly - solid stock - mosquito net ok - clean - generally well organized, professional team
My room with see view has no see view at all, unless you leave the door open - the description is not representative of reality - price is well overestimated for a place with a view on a suburbs - i got much better accommodation without booking.com and i am not satisfied with the absence of review of the real offer from booking.com in this case

Great location, just on the edge of town, a few minutes walk away. Phill and Carol are excellent hosts. The restaurant is a big bonus: nice breakfast (fruit) and coffee in a morning, and some lovely meals in an evening. The guesthouse has a great vibe to it, which facilitates and great place to swap travel stories. Highly recommended.
There is nothing to dislike - even the cockerels keep fairly quiet in this part of town.

Really nice place to stay! Nice room with comfortable bed and bathroom (also had air-conditioning and fridge in a lounge area shared with other rooms). Liked the breakfast a lot! Fresh fruit and self-made juice, good coffee etc. Has also nice restaurant-bar for lunch and dinner or for a drink. Location also quite good; small walk away from the Ferry terminal and not far from the center of the City. Staff was also really nice and helpful. Had a really good time here!

The owner of the restaurant is the best person we ever met. He is so cooperative, kind and helpful.
They help you with everything like sight seeing, booking taxi, and providing all the information which you require.
We stayed for couple of day but they became like our family. Best place to stay in Dominica

Phil and Carol are amazing hosts. They take care of everything from breakfast to dinner to coordinating a guide for hiking. We enjoyed the ocean view balcony and the cleanliness of the room.
This is a great stay for a couple of days. We stayed for four nights. For a stay that long, we would of preferred something a little more spacious.

I liked the location of the property. Not far from the port and also from the town, Roseau.
The staff were also polite and helpful.
My room was very comfortable, clean and had an amazing air condition very powerful.
I think the breakfast could have maybe eggs added or something of the sort as part of the price.
But that’s a minor thing.
