Die Ferienwohnung war optimal aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Das Bad war sauber und durchdacht eingerichtet. Dies galt auch für die Küche. Das Wohnzimmer war groß und der Balkon daran hatte eine schöne Sicht auf Teile der Burg. Es war absolut toll und wir werden versuchen, bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Cochem auch dort wohnen zu können. Der tel Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war super freundlich.

Alles! Zeer compleet ingericht, netjes, schoon en ideale locatie.....tegen de heuvel, net buiten het centrum. Ideale locatie voor het starten van wandelingen en/ of fietstochten. Komen zeker nog eens terug naar Cochem en hopelijk is dan dit appartement ook vrij :-)

Andrea’s apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean, spacious, perfectly located for visiting the Cochem center, the Castle, but also for visiting the surroundings. The apartment is newly renovated and has new furniture. Andrea was just amazing and even picked us up from the train station in her car and gave is a lot of great tips. Fully recommended!

The whole flat was exceptional as was the view and location. The owner met us there and spent time to show us around and answer lots of questions about the area.

Great holiday home near city center. Car parking available! Kitchen equipment was good, room was very clean. Host is very friendly. Speaks English as well!!

Would have been nice to have shower gel already in the house since we had to buy one late evening from super market.

Location, comfort, modern, clean, Added bonus was the garage facility for our car and the bike room for our bikes.

We liked everything. However we would recommend some instructions be provided regarding how to get to property. We were uncertain about the road in through the old town, as it seemed as though it was closed during certain hours. This would be helpful to mention to future visitors.

Andrea was very nice and gave us a very thorough welcoming for the apartment and nearby sights. The apartment is modern and well equipped with neutral decor and practical amenities. We recommend it as the location is a very short and easy walk to the town.

Only needed a fan to make the hot nights more comfortable.

This is a fabulously comfortable, fabulous practical and fabulously wonderful place to stay! Lothar, our host, greeted us most warmly and showed us around this large, spacious apartment. It’s a great base to work from. Super comfortable bed, great bathroom, really lovely views of the castle, light, cosy and inviting to come home to and the best little rocking chair! Very convenient having a garage to park in too. Cochem is a lovely town but not many restaurants or cafes are open in January,especially on a Monday or Tuesday night. We loved this apartment and hope it will be available when we’re back in the Mosel later this year.
