generally it's pretty good. The breakfast is varied and tasty.

My room wasn't finished at the check-in time. The room is not so soundproof towards to room door. The door between the Sensations and Nature House can only be used in one direction. If it rains and you want to go from the Nature House to the Sensations House, you have to walk though the rain around the house.

A rooftop. Nice view from the rooftop. Quick communication on whatsapp. Fridge in the room. Shared kitchen. Darkening curtains. The hallway and room design. Small garden.

In winter the pool is kinda cold. So a heated pool would be nice, but cannot be expected at that price.

Accessible, private own patio, close to shops, clean , good shower, quiet and warm.

No tea services in rooms. Could not make a cup of tea or coffee and the kitchen was not accessible to make a drink.

Der Pool und die Dachterasse waren klasse. Wir waren im Januar hier, deswegen konnten wir sie leider nicht nutzen. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und wir sind nett empfangen worden, obwohl wir etwas früher da waren.

Die Küche hat und nicht so gut gefallen. Nicht nur, dass sie sehr mangelhaft und lieblos ausgestattet war, wollten wir uns nicht länger als nötig dort aufhalten - wir haben unser Essen mit ins Zimmer genommen und uns aufs Bett gesetzt.

I didn't meet any staff as had a late check in, but it was simple and easy to check in and out. All details clearly explained, including WiFi etc so no assistance needed. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and perfectly located near to town, Intermarche, burger king and the hospital (flew over as mother in the hospital). The grounds of the apartment were lovely and welcoming (outdoor garden and book swap in doors), bed very comfortable and I had a peaceful sleep (independently controlled heating was a bonus). I'm just gutted this apartment was only available for one night as need to stay in Lagos longer, and this one was so affordable too. Also having mentioned Sensations to my family, I learned my aunt had a great massage here a couple of years ago!

Tea and coffee facilities would have been a bonus but not a necessity at all for the price

Sehr liebevoll dekoriertes Zimmer mit Wow-Effekt beim ersten Betreten. Gut ausgestattet mit Gym, Pool und Gemeinschaftsküche. Vom Pool auf der Dachterasse hat man einen guten Blick über die Stadt. Die Innenstadt ist in 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Zimmer lässt sich schlecht über Nacht lüften, da das einzige Fenster die Terassentür ist, die allgemein zugänglich ist. Die pinke Wandfarbe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für eine Nacht ganz witzig. Für Wanderer: weitab des Fischweges.

Prima ontbijt , niet bijzonder maar voldeed aan de verachting. Locatie is top, dichtbij het centrum, gratis/voldoende parkeer gelegenheid en snachts rustig.

De matrassen zijn echt wel aan vervanging toe

Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit gutem Bett. Große Glasschiebetür nach draußen. Sehr sauber, auf Wunsch wird wie im Hotelbetrieb täglich gereinigt und Handtücher gewechselt, wenn man das möchte. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Dusche groß und geräumig. Ein Intermarché Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke (200 m). Parkplätze rund um das Gästehaus im Prinzip immer verfügbar. Zentrum von Lagos ist locker zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 1,5 km).

Zimmer war sehr feucht. Teilweise ist nachts Wasser aus oder von überhalb der Klimaanlage auf die Matratze getropft. Das wiederum führt zu einem dezent modrigen Geruch der Matratze. Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Den GV im Nachbarzimmer kann man unterhaltsam oder störend empfinden. Das Zimmer (Zimmer 4) lag genau an der Wand, an der die Schlüsseltresore waren. Jede Schlüsselabholung, oder Rückgabe war dadurch lautstark zu hören. Auch Türen und Fenster lassen jedes Geräusch im Prinzip ungefiltert durch. Dennoch habe ich mich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und konnte mich gut erholen.

Tout sur tous les plans, je recommande vivement, tout était très bien, contact, confort, proximité, le cadre, la piscine.., cuisine commune ou petit dej à disposition Parking au choix dans la rue..

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnblock, außerhalb der Stadt. Sie ist mit Liebe zum Detail eine echte Wohlfühloase. Man benötigt aber nach einem Strandtag schon noch Kraft,um bis in die Stadt zu laufen.

Wir fanden im Vergleich den Preis doch etwas hoch. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Außerdem wären witzlosen auf dem Balkon schön gewesen.

Good location to the town & not too far to the beaches. Plenty of outside communal areas & also a communal kitchen where you could heat up food and cook. Good aircon & nice shower!

It had a smell every time you enter the bedroom, like a wet humid smell. Otherwise it was nice, but basic! Quite expensive but July normally is unfortunately..

The location is comfortable, it's close to the city center but since it's in the residential area you can easily find free parking and just go to the city center by foot in 15min. The structure is new and it's very comfortable that you can check in whenever you want since the owner gives you a special code to enter. The staff was very welcoming and responded to all our requests and questions. We stayed for 2 nights and if you want to stay in a calm area in Lagos (considering that the city center is pretty loud during the evening) we definitely recommend this room.

The room is pretty small but for the short stay it can work. We didn't find any toiletries, like shampoo or soap.

Authentic algarvian guest house with a rooftop pool that has the most incredible view of Lagos and the coast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The property was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly when making breakfast for us each morning before we went about our day. The facilities were clean and the room was very spacious.

It is quite an uphill walk back to the property from the water/city center.

Everything was fine. The bathroom smelt upon arrival and the following morning in the mystic room. Must be something to do with the drainage

Rooftop swimming pool is amazing, very small gym but we were able to use everything. Very calm and nice trees surrounded.

A bit smelly in the room when everything is closed, but after open the door was gone.

The room had an air conditioner, which was a boon for the heat. Breakfast was decent

The room was sandy, probably due to the proximity to the beach.

I booked two rooms at the guest house , one for my husband and I and the other for my parents. Both rooms clean and beds comfortable. The grounds were nice little areas to relax under trees or permanent umbrellas. Roof top pool and view wonderful. The breakfast was tasty, and there was a nicely appointed shared kitchen to use. Fridges in rooms great, and the little balconies off rooms were perfect. Shower pressure is very good and very nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The bathroom sink drains smelt horrendous in both rooms. You had to shut the outside metal window shutters as there were only transparent curtains hanging (no black out blinds) My parents' room had black out curtains, but they didn't close fully, so they were woken by the security lights going off and on overnight. My parents' room, which I paid more for, and expected a nicer room, but it was less private than ours, and the bathroom was very small with little space to put toiletries on. With the toilet very close to the wall, it was so difficult for a tall man like my father to use without his knees wedged on the wall. A sofa chair would have been nice as the room was large enough to fit one. No soundproofing, so you could hear a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms. Breakfast was nice and served by a lovely helpful staff member. however, the manager/?owner sat with family members in the dining area where the guest ate. She wasn't very friendly. In our opinion, it's not that professional. The other staff were very nice and friendly. When we arrived at the accommodation, the manager/?owner and some other staff sat outside the laundry chatting, so it wasn't that peaceful on the balcony of my parents' room or very private/relaxing. All checking in and out is done by whatsapp, which makes it quick but a little impersonal.

the swimming pool was beautiful and it had an amazing view in the room there was a really cute decoration with pillows and also a bottle of wine

-they didn’t prepare our room one night and also -the breakfast was not well equipped and the staff was not so so friendly during the breakfast -there were not roller shutter in our room and the light entered really early in the morning

Nice guesthouse, friendly staff. Quiet neighbourhood outside the chaotic centre, yet in walking distance to it all.

Breakfast is not self-service, you have to tell staff exactly want you want and they will hand it to you, as in number of slices of cheese etc. A bit unnecessary post Covid. Bathroom window in my room could not be opened.

The staff were so nice. The place was so nice and clean.

Was looking forward for some veggies during breakfast. Though this is more of maybe an improvement.
