Para agravar a situação, o café da manhã oferecido pelo hotel também foi uma decepção. A falta de variedade e qualidade era evidente, com o mesmo menu sendo repetido todos os dias. Tal monotonia no serviço de alimentação sugere um descuido generalizado e uma falta de interesse em proporcionar uma experiência agradável aos hóspedes. Esta atitude aparentemente desmotivada transparece em todos os aspectos do hotel, criando uma atmosfera onde parece que nenhum dos funcionários tem prazer em seu trabalho. No geral, a combinação de instalações precárias, serviço de atendimento ao cliente insatisfatório e alimentação deficiente resulta numa experiência extremamente negativa. É fundamental que o hotel tome medidas imediatas para melhorar em todas estas áreas.

O hotel está extremamente antiquado e tem um forte odor de mofo. Eu e meu parceiro tivemos que procurar um médico após adoecermos devido ao cheiro insuportável de mofo no quarto. A qualidade do ambiente está muito abaixo das expectativas aceitáveis, e a falta de manutenção adequada é evidente. A experiência foi profundamente desagradável e impactou negativamente nossa saúde e bem-estar. É urgente que o hotel tome medidas para remediar essa situação e garantir que futuros hóspedes não sofram as mesmas consequências.

Eu gostei muito do atendimento oferecido pelos funcionários. Todos foram muito prestativos e educados.

As fotos no Booking mostravam uma piscina e uma academia. Quando cheguei no hotel, fui informada de que não havia nem piscina, nem academia. Além disso, as fotos no Booking mostravam quartos modernos e reformados. Eu fui acomodada em quarto denominado "vintage", ou seja, antigo e não reformado, bem diferente das fotos do Booking. Mediante a minha solicitação, a equipe me mudou para um quarto bonito, moderno e reformado. No entanto, achei um stress desnecessário.

A localização, sem duvida, é o melhor que se tem no hotel.

Funcionários da recepção são POUCO educados, simpáticos e prestativos; o café da manhã é bem 'jogado', passando a sensação de falta de cuidado e capricho; mas sem duvida o que mais impactou negativamente foram os quartos: nos colocaram em um quarto no 9o andar, que em nada condiz com as fotos (parece que alguns andares foram repaginados e outros não, o que é o caso do 9o andar). Ou seja, colocam que a proposta do hotel (inclusive nome) é um design diferente por andar e não foi o que encontramos. Sem falar da rouparia de péssima qualidade (toalha pequenas, bemmmm desgastadas e quase rasgando de tão finas, lençol em nada se parece com a descrição feita pelo hotel) e o isolamento acústico não isola muito bem o barulho da região. Ou seja, você reserva um quarto considerando a qualidade, design, as fotos e dizeres e não encontra isso no local. DECEPCIONANTE. Fora que entramos em contato (no momento da hospedagem) com o booking para resolver isso e nenhum retorno foi feito até o momento. A relação custo-benefício não vale.

The first two night's were quite ok, except the breakfast was a bit disappointing in general. Especially when you come after 8:30 and almost everything is gone. What really bothered us was that on the last night the water in the bathroom was not working anymore. We had to shower in another room they provided. Furthermore the escalator was broken next day in the morning, which is especially annoying if you stay on the 10th to 15th floor....

Wonderful breakfast. The attendants in the dining room were always available and helpful. The hotel location was also central to many of the things I liked to do. I could walk to different places. The bed was comfortable and the shower was always ready and warm. The 5% off card for dinner at Temperarte was a nice perk, eventhough I forgot to use it.

The elevator buttons sometimes didn't work, the safe in my room had to be replaced, my door kept demagnetizing my card(s) even when I left them at the front desk. And the only smile I remember getting was from the older door man, who helped me with my bags. He also talked to me as well. Everybody else seemed too busy or disconnected. I might stay there again but I will probably try another hotel first to see if there is anything better. There was a lot of sand in the hallways for at least the three days. It looked like the same sand that hadn't been cleaned. Also it's confusing that they don't charge the card for the whole amount. I reserved three nights, but they charged one night previously, and charged two other nights when I arrived which made me think I was being charged more.

Room is outdated, electrical wire exposed, strong smell of fresh paint, shower water pressure hard to control and overflow the drain, no outlets available besides one on the bathroom counter which is already dangerous because it’s close to the water. Old and worn mattress. Mold spot on shower wall, dirty shower door track. Mostly a refurbished room while building is under renovations

The room isn't as good as in the photos, it looks like the 1990s. There was noisy repair and smell of paint or glue coming from nearby rooms. Gym and terrace were closed during the days of my stay but without giving a notice in advance.

Great location, very close to beach. But, average selection of vegetarian options at breakfast.

Rooms were pretty average - shows a bit of age. Heavy on meat selections at breakfast buffet, but that is the norm in Brazil.

Didn't initially get the room I had gotten previously. The pool and gym were closed the entire stay. The breakfast was not up to par. It was definitely not worth the price paid.w

We were there from 14th to 18th of May. Terrible service. Upon check-out, additional services were included in the bill, including a minibar that was not used and the fact that strangers slept in the room. We insisted on viewing CCTV cameras, our request was denied without any explanation. We demanded to call the police, which was also refused. Because of it was out of time before going to airport, we had to pay these fraudulent surcharges. Absolutely hostile attitude and behavior of staff and the hotel. Also I have to say that the rooms are very noisy from the streets even on 14th floor. Old furniture and bathroom equipment's, definitely have to repair.

Fantastic location just off Copacabana, nice big room, good strong shower, great brekkie.

Could probably do with a bit of renovation, some things look a bit tired - gym and pool also closed while we were there.

Location was great, took an Uber easily there to everywhere and the beach is right around the corner. Breakfast was quite nice, many options, good fruit

The first day we arrived the toilet was not cleaned (so obviously not cleaned) that we did it ourselves. When we told them the next day they did not seem to care very much. But the other days it seemed they cleaned. Once we asked for where to get a sim card, we were then told the name of a shopping Center but not Info on the map or something. So some of the Staff was more helpful than others. The Photos do not represent the rooms, some floors are renovated, some are not, then they have older and basic furniture (definitely no Design element)
