My room was front to Protasio Alves. Couldn’t sleep was to noisy.

The staff was very kind and caring. The room was clean. The location is very good.

The air-conditioning system was old, noisy and not effective - we felt uncomfortably hot on a summer night... The next room guests made the (drywall) wall shake now and then, directly into the headboard of our bed...

Nobody at the reception desk speaks English or any other international language. It was hard to get along. Some receptionists were nice and tried to understand what I want from them, but some didn't put in the effort. The internet is poor. The street is busy and noisy even during the night. Ohh, and if you are into a more critical approach, then the staff hierarchy is clearly racist. Other than that, the facilities and conditions are standard.
