O hotel está em reforma, porém já alguns quartos estão reformadas que foi o meu escolhido, o quarto novo é o ponto alto apenas do hotel.

Café da manhã pelo valor da diária não é compatível, áreas comuns estavam com cara de abandono, o acesso ao estacionamento é péssimo já que os elevadores não vão até ele, não sabendo por qual motivo, ou você desce pela garagem em uma rampa desconfortável ou passa numa escada apertadíssima aonde fica o manobrista.

O tamanho do quarto é excelente.

O café da manhã poderia ser mais diversificado.

Location worked well for us. The breakfast was very good.

The staff do not speak any English so it was very difficult to get understood. We had to keep using Translate.

Firstly central location and comfy overall. Good wifi, spacious room, although water pressure could be slightly better.

The beds didn't have mattress protectors and the bed sheets were smaller than the mattresses. It was very uncomfortable because we were always in directly touch with the bed mattress. The pillows were not new and also didn't have protectors. One side of the love seat sofa was broken and we couldn't use it. The washroom was very small and not very clean. They do not change the towels if you don't ask for. For me it is more 2 stars than 4. The omny channel in English which was CNN was more without any signal than available and when available almost 80% of the time without any sound (mute). I don't know if it was retaliation from the hotel because in the 2nd day (when my husband was in the swimming pool) someone tried to entered the bedroom without knocking and I complained with the guy and with the reception. I believe they saw my husband in the pool and didnt know i was in the bedroom.. Also they set my bed with blood stain bed sheet, which i also told the cleaning lady.
