not very clean, we were given breakfast hours but it tournes out that some days the breakfast hours vary and we waited 30min

It's an outdated building , but that's what makes it better, in my opinion. Staff always edge for whatever reason. They have hard time showing hospitality for clients. I have stayed at this hotel several times , and seems like their attitude getting worse as time goes by. I've checked 11 pm at night and knowing that I would have stay bit longer next day went a head and paid for extra half a day. When I checked in they have told me that it was only till 6 pm ...but they told me that I could stay couple hours longer if I needed too. I didn't even ask for it. But since my ticket out of BH was 11 pm I wanted to stay hour or too longer. Went to desk to encounter an Gringo hating woman told me that if I stayed more then 15 minutes longer that their system charges extra day automatically with an uglysadistic smile ...which was nothing but a lie. At 11 am they had already canceled access to wifi...I had to call and someone came to room and told me that during check in they had me authorized only for 1 day. So to recap, next time I will think twice coming to this hotel. Accept bell boy, nobody is happy to do their work at this hotel. Get ready for cold shower if you have booked this hotel. Ps..one more think about breakfast...I don't even eat anything only drink coffee...when you enter the breakfast room they will chase you down like a criminal to make sure that you are not anouthorized person ...and coffee was so cold couldn't even drink it 😫

Friendly staff, clean room and alright breakfast. Location is good if you are to work in city center only for leisure go elsewhere as not pleasant to walk around downtown.

Outdated decor (the painting with slaves was distasteful and offensive really), terrible pillows. Towels had a funny smell, felt and looked like really old towels.

The hotel in itself is very good furnished and everything is feasible. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Belo Horizonte near main attractions, bars, restaurants and also a shopping mall 2 corners away, really walkable

The Wi-Fi in the room was very bad, the connection was utterly slow , probably they should install a router in each floor to try to improve the speed of connection. Also the shower system is Jurassic and every time I had to wait 10 min to get hit water, very old showers. Just change all of them, please.
