O quarto com banheira muito muito bom. O café era bom. E a localização boa.
Mas o que superou foi o atendimento dos colaboradores e da Patricia. Eles são muito simpáticos, atenciosos.
Um agradecimento especial ao Vinicius que nos levou para um passeio na trilha da serra de São Jose. Foi maravilhoso.

Comfortable room, great location, walking distance to main street and breakfast was amazing. The staff was SO helpful and friendly. Wish I had brought a bikini to use the wee pool.
The bathroom toilet got easily blocked and there was a bad smell coming from it but this was promptly dealt by staff.

Very spacious room (it's the biggest), with a bathtub inside the room (although we didn't use it), comfortable bed, lots of room for clothes and other stuff, nice shower! Location is close enough to the center (10' walk), but not really central. Breakfast was great, lots of local options plus made-to-order eggs, etc.
We didn't have issues with noise in general (the hotel and city were pretty empty), but our suggestion would be to better isolate the kitchen/breakfast area from the rest of the hotel, as some noise starts at 6:30 or so.

Very clean and welcoming staff. Has parking which was a bonus. 10 minutes walk to the town square and the shops and restaurants . Quiet and cozy place .
