地點在常滑站出來兩分鐘步行距離，斜對面就是lawson，常滑站方向還有超市和餐廳，相當方便

房間內殘留菸味較重，地毯地板略潮濕

大浴場が汚かった。外国人客が多く宿泊するのであれば、外国人向けに入浴する際の注意点やマナーをしっかりわかる様にした方が良いと思う。お風呂に垢がいっぱい浮いていてガッカリ😞

It’s near by a train station, Aeon mall, and Costco.

location is very well, near the METRO system and connecting the international airport.

There is no steps.Elevator was crowded and I want to use steps but steps can use for emergency only.

Right in front of the train station. Friendly staff and spacious rooms.

Hotel seems a little old but well kept. The room was a little warm, air conditioning wasn't cooling the room that much.

We were so angry that we did not enjoy staying here at all.

Do not stay at this hotel! I booked the hotel on May 5, and on May 20, just before check-in at 14:14, the manager called and told us the large public bath was out of order and that it just happened. After we arrived and paid, we got in the elevator and saw a sign that said that the bath was closed from April 25 to May 31. The problem did not JUST happen, the general manager called us at the last minute on purpose, knowing it was impossible to change hotels on a Saturday night, and blatantly lied to us. They do not deserve decent customers. And, although the hotel is acceptable, and clean (except for the windows, which were filthy), it is much older than the photos show. As for other negatives, on our arrival, a large non-Japanese tour group was being extremely loud in the lobby. Fortunately, they did not seem to be on our floor and did not affect our stay.
