A restaurant was advertised if was snacks and I have celiac disease so I have to be careful with food that's why I booked a hotel with restaurant and I emailed them before telling them this and when I got there they didn't know what I was talking about so getting food was a nightmare

The hotel is modest, the rooms small but what is exceptional is the cleaning service and the service from the owner. He is excellent!! I travelled with my mom and dad for medical purposes and my mom needed to refrigerate something. The staff told us to use the fridge by the counter on the main floor but as soon as the owner found out, he sent the maintenance man to put a small fridge in my mom’s room.

the building next to the properly is empty and some homeless people arrive at night to stay around, but the security in the hotel is exceptional.

Everything was great! My favorite parts were the rooftop pool and staff!

there is no free shuttle. the facilities are a little dingy. make sure you leave the water on for about 5 minutes if you want hot water!

do not offer this property to anyone, take it off your list

The place was well located, and has a rooftop pool with very nice views.

The room was a little small, and breakfast was not being offered at the time of my stay.

The guy at the at the counter was the only thing I Liked about this hotel.

WiFi in my room was non-existent, had to change of room to another one. Bathroom was nasty, showers super old and it was dripping all night long. The bathroom floor was wet of both rooms. No night lamps on the tables. The halls of the hotel seemed haunted because there was no light... The floor of one of the rooms seemed like it hadn't been dusted well. The pictures are far far better then the reality.

Room were clean and as described.

Staff don't Speak English only Spanish. Difficult to communicate. Plugs available to charge devices did not fit in.

The bus shuttle to Albrook Mall and Airport Pickup and Drop off was great

The staff is very friendly and also very helpful. The location is great. About 2 blocks from the Metro station and close to malls such as Allbrook and Multiplaza. Not too far from the Cinta Costura or the Panama Canal. Breakfast was great and super convenient. The rooftop pool also has an incredible view.

I reserved a room with a full bed and a twin, but was given the choice between a room with 1 full bed or a room with two twins.
