I loved just everything about the apartment, comfy, well-equipped, clean. The reception staff was very helpful with anything I needed. The location is just perfect, La Paella Beach is literally a two, three-minute walk away from the apartment. The view from the balcony was also fantastic.

Excellent location with sea views from the balcony; perfectly-sized apartment for a family with two small children; outdoor showers to wash away sand after a visit to the beach; shoe cupboard in the hall; plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for clothes

The main gate to enter the apartment had the habit of slamming which was very loud and not all residents were courteous when it came to closing the gate quietly; the washing machine was very old and did not work to standard; the kitchen lacked adequate utensils, such as sharp knives, scissors, etc.; there was a leak from the apartment above us which dripped onto our balcony occasionally which was kind of annoying; the bathroom was very compact so getting in and out of the shower was difficult at times, especially with two small children.

Friendly stuff, very well equipped apartments, clean and comfy. Loved the view even on the ground floor.

Noisy neighbours banging doors and the main gate, talking loudly and shouting - without paying attention to others that may wanna sleep at 2am.

Location - 5 minutes walk to the sea, balcony with sea view. Private parking at the cost of stay. Personnel ready to help and assist (provided us with missing hair dryer and tea pot upon request). Hot water - enough for 4 of us. All kitchenware in place. We enjoyed the stay with our 2 kids.

Old furniture, bed covers, kitchenware. It isn’t bad, and all is functioning perfectly, just very old. Wifi - only nominally existed. Dirty floors - when we arrived( we found the mop and solved the problem quite quickly).
