Friendly staff, clean room that was made up every day, good breakfast and good value.
Our room was smaller than expected. Also, the B&B is a good 15-minute walk from town. We knew this when booking, of course, but did not realize that taxis are hard to come by after dinner. So be prepared for walking up the steep road after a nice meal!

Clean and fairly close to downtown, walking distance
Confusion about pricing...booked months in advance, booked by accident for 1, immediately emailed that it was actually for two, and got response that no problem, it will be taken care of when we arrived. But it went from the original $93 to an extra $36. Didn't find that too fair. Settled for $100 finally, but caused needless confusion.

Very charming hostal, not too far away from the harbour and main strip in Ushuaia with all shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side but downstairs is a large dining room that you can use during your stay. Good place to stay a few nights to explore the area.

Comfy little B&B up the hill from the tourist area. Room was clean, warm, and well appointed. Bonus was we could use the kitchen after breakfast. Breakfast was good and Valencia gave wonderful service and helped me with my poor Spanish. Jorgelina was also very nice and always available for questions/ help on WhatsApp. Happy little place.
There is a futbol/ soccer field down the street which can be noisy until pretty late (sunset is 10pm). Bring your earplugs. Also, the hill to get back from downtown is seriously steep. But on days my back hurt I was happy to pay $500-600 pesos (<$2USD) for a cab back and other days it was a good little workout. 🤓. Staff doesn’t speak a lot English so if you want completely fluent, easy communication this might not be comfortable for you. But with my tiny bit of Spanish and our transition apps it was no problem for me - They were very friendly and helpful.

Three of us stayed there for a few days before our Antarctica cruise. It within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants (though a bit up hill) but enough off the main drag to be fairly quiet. The room and included breakfast were both great, and they stored our luggage for several hours on the departure day.
It would probably be a bit cramped if four people were staying in the room.

It is very warm in the entire building. While only 15 degrees outside, the heating was full on, making it an uncomfortable 25 degrees inside. Sometimes a door was put open to make the temperature a bit more bearible. It is a waste of energy and not very environmentally friendly (but the Argentinian government is paying 80% if the energy bill, so there is no incentive to safe energy). We managed to get the temperature down in our room, by putting the heating fully of and leaving the windows open.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great, rooms are cozy and warm. Neighborhood is very calm. Would recommend for those who like to stay in a quiet place.

- The staff doesn't have good english level (not a problem for us, but could be if you don't speak Spanish)
- the staff is not helpful with the info regarding the logistics of the activities in Ushaia. Better to ask the tourist office downtown

Thanks Luciano for all little attentions we felt at home. Price was ok: Ushuaia is just crazy expensive. Nice little breakfast with fresh bakery. A nice 5 Minutes walk uphill from downtown.
Use a different soap for cleaning the room: it smelt like petroleum.
