We got the deluxe room on the 2nd floor with the balcony. Very nice and comfortable. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, hammock on the balcony with a little table and chairs. Overall this hotel had a really nice clean and chill vibe to it. The included breakfast was brought to us the moment we sat down. Coffee, plates of fruit, cheese and ham. Eggs made to order and orange juice. The staff was very nice and although the parking is limited, we had indoor parking most days in the secure parking lot. you are right around the corner from all the cute shops and "downtown" area. Lots of good places to eat, music and entertainment right there. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Honestly, for what this place is and offers, I don't really have any ideas for what could be improved. Maybe add a Nespresso machine in every room to make your coffee when you want one? Maybe a restaurant/24hr kitchen for room service? I'm being picky at this point.

Everything! Especially the location.

The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and shops, the aquarium and the beach. All the staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful. It’s amazing staying there, and I will definitely come back.

There’s nothing I disliked, but maybe the toilet could be modernised.

I know it is not possible to change, but the second garage place is a little bit far, but ok

The neighbors are very noisy and they use to be up to 2 pm speaking loud or screaming. If you don't mind, ok but if you do, its a problem.

The receptionists were real friendly and breakfast was delicious! The space was cool with some nice hammocks right in front of our bedroom so we could chill out after a day on the beach.

The only thing I’d say is that it’s time to change the pillows. The one I had in my bedroom was kinda thin, not very confortable. Everything else was great and I recommend to friends and family!
