Große Räume, modernes Bad, sehr nette hilfsbereite Gastgeber

Der Eingangsbereich/Foyer macht einen tollen großzügigen Eindruck ist aber etwas dunkel (ohne Fenster)

Die Lage war sehr zentral, das Gebäude ist ein schön renovierter Altbau. Obwohl Schlüsselvergabe und Rückgabe, sowie Bezahlung nur über einen Automaten lief, war alles problemlos. Im Notfall wäre jemand erreichbar gewesen.

Mir fehlte ein Wasserkocher, da es kein Frühstück gab, hätte ich nur ein Getränk für 50 Cent am Automaten in der Lobby ziehen können. Da könnte mehr auf dem Zimmer sein, als eine Flasche Wasser.

We stayed two nights and never saw any host or service personnel. This place is listed as a Pension but does not offer breakfast or else. To actually have breakfast one needs to walk to the center of the town. ( 10 min without coffee) A lot of information is provided in leaflets. Check in per "vending machine". A coffee machine is available in the common hall but it requires payment (which is fine) but does not inform how much a coffee actually is. (Or I missed the information) Room cleaning only every two days. After all this place is a beautiful facility but due to the absence of any type of host, at least during morning hours. It de gradates itself to a plain RB&B just without cooking amenities.

Large room, unique building

We expected breakfast to be included. We saw a picture of a room where breakfast was served in buffet form (booking.com). From the fact that no breakfast was available the rate for the room is rather high.

A functional place, we couldn't get a triple room in Eisenach at a better price, and its reasonably close to the centre. No issues with the check-in process.

We were at the ground floor, right next to a private terrace or a bar of some kind - we had to listen to people's conversations until 11 pm, thought at our request they kept quiet afterwards, I'd avoid the coffee from the machine in the lobby - it tastes decidedly cheap,

Nice and spacious room with comfortable bed. Very practical auto-check-in system. Easy to park in the surroundings.

It was a bit difficult to finde the entrance upon arrival

The 8or 9 steps at the entrance and the aluminium ramp for prams walkers etc was completely useless.Not good for disabled people or people who have to push a pram or wheelchair
