Spacious two bedroom apartment, beautiful view and pool. Nice and quiet and staff were very responsive via WhatsApp if we needed anything. Reception staff and porter who was helping with bag were so kind and friendly and did their all out best to support us also WhatsApped me the day before check in with instructions of what to do upon arrival etc. Aircon was good and lots of cupboard space as well as TV’s in each room and living room.

Was told upon checkin that electricity wasn’t included and that we would be billed at the end - we only stayed 4 days and it was around £70 which I think is quite a lot when we were barely in the apartment over this time and in Thailand. Deposit had to be paid in cash - wasn’t aware of this before check in and wasn’t able to take a card deposit. Apartment was clean but in some areas around the kitchen and bathroom there were quite a few hairs and the cutlery wasn’t very clean. I don’t want this to put anyone off this apartment because it was lovely but want to be true to what the booking was like and I would still recommend it.

Nothing. The only enjoyable part of the trip was the view, that’s it.

It was old, dirty, musty. The furniture was old, worn out and dirty. The mattresses had sunken from old usage. The drains were blocked so water wouldn’t drain properly, whenever you took a shower the water would swell up and flood into the bathroom. The location is awful, the facility is on a massive hill and it’s a struggle getting anywhere with that massive hill. There are no elevators or anything, to get to our room we had to walk down stairs, then a hill, then down 3 more flights of stairs, and to get back to the main reception place you have to walk up all that. The pool was alright, there was a spa on the room balcony but the water was disgusting. The sheets and towels were yellowed and miscellaneous has stains on them. There was a lack of service. The lights were dim and you can hardly see anything at night. During the day, they don’t turn the hotel hallway lights on (the hallway that connects the rooms), thus it’s pitch dark and you can’t see anything. The aircon is loud and old- doesn’t work half the time. One of the rooms didn’t even have an aircon remote and had to use the living rooms. When your stay has been confirmed, theyll send you a message telling you they will charge you electricity. At 300+ NZD per night at this bad of a place- who charges for electricity?? Can’t believe this place has good reviews. This place is a scam. Make sure you read the confirmation before you make the mistake of booking this place. The location is so bad- that most taxis won’t go up the hill- make sure you rent your own car if you decide to stay at this awful place. Do not stay here. They charge you this much and also charge electricity. With the money you pay- you should go to a place that’s worth it, not here. Do not recommend this place.

The size and view of the villa was perfect.

- The way in and out so difficult we had to go up and down by foot every time most taxis do not come up to the hill. - There are so many insects especially at night and early morning like lizards, spiders and so on. - they took additional charges for cleaning and Electricity, And it was too much for short stay.

clean, nice view, have private small pool and can use general swimming pool too as well the GYM.

unless you have own car, bike otherwise you need taxi to reach to the property as it is up on the hill. also I have been charged for electricity of 3 half days for amount of grater than 3 thousand while I pay the same of one month utility for my house with extra use. the property is very nice but keep in mind you pay unexpected amount for electricity.

The staff at the facility were very nice.　We chose to stay at this accommodation because we are allergic to grass, trees and cats and wanted to stay in a facility with less nature, but the first room we were given had a garden in front of the living room and the sliding door could not be opened because of the weeds and we had to change rooms. We were very thankful for them to accept to changed our room promptly.

The room is not well cleaned. The bathroom shower rooms have black mould. Some rooms have holes in the kitchen frame and are not very clean.　It may look clean in the pictures, but you should know that it really depends on the room. Also, when I asked for a taxi or tuktuk to go back from the city of Kata, I was often overcharged or refused because this facility is located on a very steep hill. I walked up and down once, but it was very difficult! The lady at the poolside bar is always grumpy.

Beautiful view and a nice villa. The reception was responsive and helpful.

The pool wasn't swimmable because it had too much chlorine it was too strong a smell. Beach is a bit far, everything will need a taxi esp when we went in June where it's too hot to walk.
