La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y eran muy funcionales. El personal fue maravilloso y fueron muy atentos. El detalle del agua en la habitación fue maravilloso.

Me hubiera gustado que la habitación tuviera papelera.

WC moderno mas água do chuveiro inundada o chão dado a divisória da cabine de duche ser muito curta. Restaurante: pratos com pouca imaginação. Carne estava boa e em bastante quantidade, mas somente com batatas fritas. Poderiam reduzir um pouco à carne e as batatas e complementar com um pouco da salada. Pequeno almoço bufet normal.

Perfectly located close to the beach, grocery, bakery and restaurant. Lovely seaside restaurant good views of the beach. Nice walk along the seafront and beach. Beach is beautiful with white soft sand. People are friendly and service was fantastic!

Que después de cierta hora de la noche no hay recepcionista y si se te queda la tarjeta o la pierdas por más que llames te quedas en la calle, cómo nos pasó el otro día por eso pongo baja calificación, por este punto que a pesar de buen servicio daña enormemente la imagen del hotel

Very clean. Some staff members were very friendly. Location.

The bathroom is in need of renovations (as is the exterior of the hotel). Some staff members were not that friendly. The keycard did have a lot of functional problems. The parking area is of bad quality. Sound isolation is bad (I could practically hear everything from the room next door).

Beautiful location along the beach. Close to restaurants and laundry services. Beds were a bit firm but the rooms were large and clean.

Beds were a bit too firm for my liking. A pillow top or memory foam topper would would be a great addition.

I could hear the doors slamming in the evening, the soundproofing is not very good.

It is on the « Camino de Santiago ». The triple room was very little more than staying at the public hostel, we had our privacy, our own bathroom and they received and kept our luggage which we sent from our previous lodgings.

terrible customer service at the front desk. the man at the desk was more interested in talking on the phone than helping us check in or out. we were made to wait while he ignored us and talked on the phone. he wasn’t conscientious about our stored luggage etc. my room was so loud, and on check in when I asked to change to a quieter room, he said the hotel was full.

Great value, spacious, clean rooms. comfortable bed. close to the beach and restaurants.

Comunication in English with restaurant was quite poor.

Beautiful view of the water from the window. Very nice front desk staff. Large, clean, comfortable room. Chocolates were delicious!

Miño as a town has very little to do. we stayed here for proximity to family. if you want things to do should have a car.
