Fantastic modern apartment in old style village overlooking town and lake. Hosts Nando and Ingrid were very helpful and charming. Very relaxed and peaceful.

Unless you are reasonably fit or have a car it may not suit as its quite a steep walk from the town.

An amazing family home with the most beautiful garden. I would recommend Casa Gibiseo to everyone. it’s the perfect base to explore Bellano/Varenna and Lake Como. The location was pretty perfect for us, very friendly local people, a beautiful roman trail leading down to Bellano. We didn’t have a car, but it is not needed. There is a bus service from town that takes you practically to your door. The house itself has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, it is a real home from home. Also very comfortable beds and it is spotlessly clean. The garden has stunning views and is a tranquil oasis to relax in. Nando and family are very welcoming hosts, they are always on hand, should you require any help. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to return.
