Het was niet schoon, servies was niet compleet, slechte WiFi, geen parkeerplaats aanduiding terwijl ik die wel betaald heb.

The location of the apartment is great, few mins by walk to the city centre. The apartment was clean, quiet, no rush during the night (just the noise from cars on the Street, but fully quiet if the windows are closed and aircondition switched on, fully fine.
Although we came in person to the office in Poznan in advance (to pay for the parking) and I got confirmed that all the access info were sent to my email, I realised after coming to the accommodation place that we haven't obtained any PIN code or even the room number, anything.. After repeating calling and texting to the agency we finally got it, just about 40mins after our coming....this was not the best start to be frank..
The flat itself is very nice, comfortable, just two points minus- first is the bathroom odeur (we guess some global problem with canalization, everything is clean,just the bad air + dropping water from the tap, which I informed the agency and got confirmed they will repair it immediately). And it is evident that a lot of people already came to see this place, although everything is modern and clean, there are visible marks of frequently used place.
But in global it's a nice place, we stayed for 1 night on our family vacation here, and it was fully sufficient, for good price.

Bathroom is nice, kitchen was OK.
Lack of amenities. Breakfast was awful for the price to add on, just go out to somewhere. Common things like extra towels are at a price. Washing machine provided but no washing liquid, is it just for decoration? TV is straight out of the 80s. View was a construction. Shower door doesn’t close. Bedroom looked like an asylum chamber. Curtains don’t cover the windows.

The location is great. You are walking distance from the town center. The first apartment (Cuba) we stayed at had everything we needed. It was easy to park and the place was clean and easy to access.
We then needed to stay an extra night and got another apartment (Santiago) at the same property. This was not nearly as nice. It was supposed to be for three people, but it didn't have enough chairs, so one person had to eat standing up. The TV only had polish analog channels and the bedroom was just a glorified cupboard, too small for a bed. We paid more for the second night as well. Make sure which apartment you are getting before booking.

A very quite place in a lovely neighbourhood, 5 minutes by walk to centre. A fantastic getaway.
Keys need to be picked up. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Bright clean and spacious apartment with large roof terrace from which you have a view upon the city. Modern kitchen available and a large sofa for having a rest at the end of the day. The apartment is located very close to the city centre.
Key pick-up is located on another address. This may appear a bit confusing but actually it works smoothly in practice. The staff responsible for handing over the key is very friendly and helpful.
On warmer days the apartment could warm up quite strongly due to it's upper floor location in the building. Outside sun screens are not present. On cooler days this of course would be no problem.

Rude Customer service,Be careful,their gallery only displays photo's of big apartments and when you go there
you realise that you have been misled.When you call,they are rude,inconsiderate,
no help,Dishwasher leaking water out and we called no response ,they didn't seem to care.
Finally booking helped us cancel part of the booking.Also construction with noise and no privacy,
workers walking next to your windows,and when u call, they tell you just close windows and blinds.
First time writing review ,Booked about 100 bookings on booking over years ,never wrote a review or called them with complaints,even when I had concerns.By Far the worst experience of my travels.
