Great view, great location. Kiosk , beach, bottle o & IGA all just a short walk away!

Loved it. So close to beach. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed and it was very quiet even though on main road 👍

Comfy bed fantastic location and wonderful views. Appliances were dirty but bathroom was clean Door to bedroom was awkward and small room but fine for sleeping The blind in the bedroom was not blackout. Too much light in the morning Could smell cooking from underneath neighbours not very pleasant Otherwise a great little place.

Highly recommend this if you can find a booking you won’t regret it , we just lazed about the place with our pooch soaking up the views n walking along the beach

We stayed here on a windy weekend and although the weather was disappointing, the place was great as we could still relax and look out at the gorgeous view. Mike was great to deal with and our pooch was welcomed. Everything is super close and eats and coffee were really good too.

Very happy with our experience very well situated very clean and tidy would be awesome in summer on the balcony overlooking the bay!

It was wonderful to find a property that is pet friendly and in such a fabulous location at Port Vincent for our week long holiday. Mike and Trish’s apartment is lovely and the view is beautiful overlooking the sea. The apartment is well equipped, clean and tidy. Also the milk in the fridge was greatly appreciated for my morning coffee. Thank you Mike and Trish. ps. for those who like walking check out the Port Vincent walking trails for great views of the marina and township.

Shower very poor barely any water coming out. Bedroom door opened against foot of bed and needed to close in order to get in on one side of the bed. Noise from about 6 air-conditioners at night a bit annoying. Keys a bit difficult to use in the locks.

We had a a wonderful week staying at Mike and Trish’s apartment in Port Vincent. They were very helpful, provided everything we needed for our holiday and the location was perfect! Great views of the water, fishermen, boats and daily going’s on from our patio.

My husband and I had a lovely relaxing stay, This property provided everything you need and more, We would love to come back one day. The location is so close to everything pub, kiosk, IGA and we had the most beautiful view.

Of all the holiday rentals we’ve experienced, this was the best in providing everything a traveller might need to feel comfortable and self-sufficient.

Great spot with the best view ! Mike & Trish were really nice and helpful. If only we had a few more days there! :)

Easy to deal with

We spent 3 lovely days looking out from our cosy little fishbowl. My partner was impressed that I had learnt the names of various dogs walking past with their owners as each time I’d been out for a walk many friendly people had stopped to chat to me and I’d remembered their dogs names. We mostly had lovely weather but on the day we were stuck inside with wind and rain we sat happily looking out over the sulking little port with a great selection of games to play which were stored in a cupboard and a wide selection of movies to watch. My partner is a keen fisherman but sat lazily on the couch each day saying there was no need to go as he was having just as much enjoyment sitting from his armchair watching the tourists over the road fishing and crabbing. Worried what we would have tea, this problem only lasted a short time as we quickly discovered the pub, which was only 12 steps from our door, did delicious takeaway. It did cause a small argument as to which one of us would have to get out of our pyjamas to go and collect it. The bed was comfy, the pillows we bought from home were not needed and the kitchen was so well equipped even Gordon Ramsey may have smiled. The most impressive detail of all however, was that on arrival from our 3 hour drive from Adelaide we were estactic to find ice cubes already made in the freezer to turn our warm drinks into cold G & Ts. Very clean and tidy

Everything we needed was provided. The property was clean and tidy. Fantastic view of the gulf and was quiet. Excellent location. we loved our stay.

Very few 2 story's on the esplanade. Lovely place here.

We had a long weekend away just my husband and I(and our dog!). Fabulous location, the view was amazing and it had everything we needed! Would happily chose to stay here again.

It was a delightful place to stay, everything we wanted, comfortable and a stunning view - hard to beat.

Great view with close proximity to eating and drinking outlets. Pity there was no washing machine provided, but who wants to wash on holiday anyway, and the bedroom was rather small. On the plus side the outdoor facilities were fantastic and the weather perfect.

I enjoyed the view from the balcony. Good takeaway store just downstairs.

My stay here was excellent, it was very clean and set out very well.

Exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The amenities and set up were excellent, the views from the property are outstanding, and the location to anything i would need was probably less than 100 meters. Despite the closeness to the shops it was still nice and quiet, i could open the sliding doors for the balcony or sit in the outside area and still feel like i was a long way from the normal noises of people. There were dolphins straight out the front when i arrived and if the water was any closer you could fish off the balcony. The booking process and accessing the property was extremely easy. Will certainly be back at the first opportunity.

Great little apartment, well equipped kitchen comfortable lounges and the views are lovely. Bedroom is very small which makes it awkward to move around but very comfortable bed. Pet friendly so we were all very happy. Definitely stay there again. Lovely hosts.

The deck and incredible views make this a fabulous place for a getaway. It’s a very comfortable apartment. The location in the middle of town is ideal. Mike was a very friendly and helpful host. The only concern we had is that the safety gate on the internal stairs was not stable (it kept wobbling away from the wall). Also, it was placed a few steps down making it quite unsafe.
