Breakfast by order was excellent and with authentic food from Santander. Charming deco in the rooms, super clean, comfortable pillows. Wasn't crowded during my stay so, my interior room was super quiet!

Being a first time trip to Colombia, I didn’t know where to stay. I was convinced to stay here once I read many outstanding reviews!!! From the moment I messaged Luz Mery on the Booking.com messenger, I knew I picked the right place to stay! Casa Mendoza Hotel Boutique is a 1 stop shop and has a wonderful location!

Small rooms. No closet. Some rooms were dark, no windows or very small one.

The location is great, in the area of town with lots of restaurants, on a street that is really quiet at night. Close to a hospital if anything happens to you lol. The staff are very kind and responsive.

The room smelled a little funky, not sure if it was ventilation related or because it was on the ground floor. Either way it wasn't a big deal once we turned the AC on.

Nothing at all but just to be picky maybe the room was small but the bathroom was OK. The place is not as boutique(!) as the pictures, but still nice and cozy and I recommend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and assisted with multiple out-of-the ordinary requests. We extended our stay as a result of the good service, great location and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was delicious, with multiple items and flexible options. Clean, modern design and recently updated decor throughout the property. Guest access to outdoor balcony and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake!

This is a cute hotel in a very good location in town. The staff was friendly. We left very early the next morning so did not have a chance to try to breakfast. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated and functional. The hotel has air conditioning, which was a big plus! Our beds were very firm, which was not as comfortable for us. Otherwise the accommodations were just fine.

Very quiet location and comfortable premises. The breakfast was really good and with options accordingly with some specific nutritional needs.

The bed was super comfortable, great mattress. The details of the decoration in the room and the entire property, very well done. Shower took a while to warm up, but once it did, it was a great shower.

It's a little noisy, you can hear the tv from other rooms, and anything happening in the lobby. Room was very small. Jacuzzi didn't work, never heated up, even after waiting 2+ hours.

The place is trendy and homy. The stuff are excellent and the room are clean with A/C. They are plenty of restaurants and park at 2aliing distance .

The hotel is at a good location within Bucaramanga. Cozy, nicely decorated and functional rooms. When I arrived after the curfew at 10.00 p.m. and I had not eaten all day because the bus broke down & I was late, Caterine from the reception fixed me a cheese toast & in the morning she gave me a wake-up call at 06.15 a.m. so I could enjoy the excellent breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Thanks to the entire team at Casa Mendoza for the world class job you are doing!

Pretty little family-run hotel. The staff could not have been nicer - super sweet and helpful with any request. The facilities were spotless. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The jacuzzi was a nice treat.

There is nothing negative to say about the hotel. Breakfast and lunch places real close. For dinner I had to walk a few blocks. It was not a big deal and I felt fairly safe walking alone. But there was nothing really close by.
