The breakfast was excellent, great options for the hot meals.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Great breakfast.

We stayed in the annexe and shower was cold.

perfectly pleasant and clean room. It was spacious and comfortable. Central to lots of lovely walks. Staff were absolutely charming and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Could have a more varied dinner menu. Not much choice available for vegan/vegetarians. Would have liked decaffeinated coffee in the room anc available in restaurant.

Staff were great. Went out of their way to help. Bed was comfortable. Was in a good location

room wasn't cleaned, cobwebs all over the ceiling. Walls you could hear everything through. Menu had loads of things not available.

Wasn't the cleanest, and the light wasn't working in the shower. Very basic/fine stay!

The breakfast is really good. On-site parking. The shower is really good.

When we arrived, the chalet was nice and warm but it got a bit colder later on and an extra blanket would have been good.

On entering the hotel we found a picture lying on the floor. It had fallen off the wall. The stair carpet was ripped. The curtains in our room were too small and didn't cover the window. The ceiling smoke detector in our room had no cover and the wires were hanging out! No shelving or towel rail in the bathroom. Bedside lamp was falty. Hall lighting outside our room did not work. At breakfast the jug containing hot water had no button to allow it to pour - the waitress said I needed to unscrew the lid to pour the hot water.! Only 2 staff on duty covering bar, dining, reception. On arrival the receptionist said she had no record of our booking booked through booking.com.

We absolutely adored dinner, one of the best meals I've ever ever had. Chef is absolutely amazing Receptionist was there in the evening and morning she was extremely helpful and very welcoming Man taking our order in the evening was lovely and had us Laughing away all night. Breakfast was quick and lovely

The room was cold unfortunately They did seem slightly short staffed (no fault of there own)

Was expensive, although cheaper than the most expensive place in Dunkeld. Dank and dusty; needs to be refreshed a lot. Room was incredibly small; not room to walk around open suitcases. Was afraid if there was a fire - how to get out!

items missing from room ie spoons for making coffee. ran out of food for breakfast, dining room was freezing. that said, it was -9 outside and snowing so deliveries could have been affected
