Camere molto silenziose

Camere sempre accoglienti ma un ora un po' datate. Ricordavo alcuni accssori in più come le ciabatte post doccia che erano assenti

colazione varia adatta ad ogni esigenza, camere pulitissime, parcheggio ampio. Sauna apprezzabile e fornita di tutto il necessario.

nella mia camera c'era un problema con la doccia, che ha allagato il bagno. Vista l'ora non ho chiamato la reception Ho comunque apprezzato molto che l'indomani si siano offerti di cambiarmi camera.

The rooms were very nice, everything was comortable, clean and working. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and helpful (both restaurant and reception) It is a great option, as it has a tram stop about 200m away and different bus lines options. I suggest taking the tram (line 31), which has connections with the green metro line (if I'm not mistaken, it is the 3 one). The rooms are wide, clean and comfortable: just what we needed. We stayed at the 239 and 240 ones. Definitely an option for another time in Milan.

Staff was nice and helpful, the price was quite good. Parco Nord is very close by and is really nice for a stroll. 24h reception. Minibar (not stocked - there are vending machines for that, but still usable as a fridge).

Door soundproofing was practically nonexistent. Although the windows were well isolated (you couldn't hear the highway sounds at all), you could hear everything through the door. People coming and going, kids running down the hallways, even music and bits of speech coming from the opposite room through another closed door. The hotel looks posh from the outside and in the lobby, but the rooms are much shabbier. It's not that easy to get to and from city center, especially in the wee hours (but I admit that I overlooked this when doing my research, so not the hotel's fault)

The photos in Booking are depicting the reality and everything was as expected. Fully functional, pretty and cosy. The city is 10km away. If you have a car you can be in the center in 10-15 minnutes.

This is not for someone that does not have a car.

Lack of isolation: you can hear the neighbours ad if they were in your room. The shabbiness of the rooms. The smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Bad/weak/slow hairdryer.
