Their elevator was broken and they booked us room on 8 th floor. Although they helped us carry luggage, we still had to come 8 flight down for drinking water. Room walls are dirty with stains. Bell boys are very helpful

Only the staff always tried to calm the situation, 12 days without an elevator and we were on the 8th floor There is no excuse to refund the money. Really poor administration.

Realmente no hay nada que me haga volver a hospedarme en este hotel, lo único rescatable seria la amabilidad del personal de recepción

El desayuno se supone que es buffet pero nada que ver, no deberían mentir, digan que es desayuno americano y ya. Te traían los huevos revueltos, ni siquiera estaban puesto en mesón para que tomaras la cantidad que tu quisieras y el supuesto buffet eran dos tipos de pan, jamón, queso y aceitunas, eso no es lo que uno espera de un "buffet" adicional la presentación de la chica que atendía el desayuno pareciera que se hubiera acabado de levantar, tenia puesto una camiseta y un pantalón manchado de cloro/blanqueador. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero la pintura estaba muy sucias lo que no permite tener una buena experiencia y el refrigerador no enfriaba. Y el ascensor no servia para completar.

La ubicación muy cerca al Parque Kennedy y el aire acondicionado funcionabs perfectamente.

La ducha era antigua y demoraba en salir el agua caliente.

At the time of check out, there was no water.?I call the receptionist requesting additional time, she said she’ll call back but never did,

The breakfast buffet was limited in fruit selection, ham, cheese. The room description did not specify the view. I got a view to a skylight walls. I didn’t even see the sky.

The hotel is an excellent location close to markets and main eating and shopping areas. Th bed was comfortable and we were allowed to leave our bags while we waited for the room to be ready.

While the room was as described, the shower leaked badly and water went through the entire bathroom area. We had to clean this up and did it 3 times. When we told reception they seemed quite unconcerned so i doubt it will be fixed. Breakfast was not as described. The only "amercian" thing about it was there were eggs. There was no cereal so breakfast was simply a bowl of fruit mostly papaya, a hot or cold drink a bread roll and eggs. There was no cheese, no ham.....

Location, many restaurants in walking distance. Near to bus line C to get to the Plaza de Armas de Lima. Very clean rooms, very nice janitor!

No drinking water in the rooms or in the foyer, so you have to buy it and carry it to the hotel - a no go after 3 months travelling through central and south america, where many cheaper places have this service. The staff at the front desk is polite but not very helpful. We got most of our information from the nice janitor.
