Beautiful large room, great location, free parking, very hot shower which was great after a day of hiking or rafting, best breakfast of the trip, very friendly staff.

Location was stunning and the staff were so lovely.
The air-con in the room wasn’t great so we had a very hot first night! We opened the balcony door and this was better but it is a shared balcony so you have to be happy with that!

Beautiful property, amazing gym, comfortable room, excellent location, free parking, delicious breakfast, peaceful, friendly front desk, easy checkin/checkout. We also appreciated them providing us a fan as the European heatwave was a bit much for us - and then slept soundly and comfortably.
Two comments were made in jest about Americans liking air conditioning and ice (we’re expats), but they did leave a slight negative impression, but we brushed them off as jokes as the property and team were fantastic as these were just perhaps jokes that didn’t translate and could be avoided in the future.

Excellent location with a great garden, and deck where breakfast was served.
The deck, and garden are very quaint, with a vast manicured lawn framed by the Slovenian Alps. The breakfast was very nicely served buffet style.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous hotel, extremely helpful kind hosts. Breakfast was divine! Great location for hiking, skiing, relaxing.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, probably the best accommodation we've experienced in Slovenia. Very kind and courteous staff, with a very spacious and comfortable room in a great location. Nice and peaceful, the hotel also has a lot of character and charm as well as high quality facilities. Excellent breakfast too, especially the local cheese! We will definitely stay there again in future, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bovec.
No problems at all, we had a very slight issue with hot water the first night, but the staff rectified this immediately, so it was not an issue.

Amazing place all around. Great rooms, great views, wonderful breakfast, afternoon cocktails, great staff. We loved all of it.
It could have been a little cooler in the rooms. That said, we like to sleep in an ice box.

Hotel was very well decorated, looked after and clean. It was easy to find and the staff friendly.
No mention of lack of restaurant at check-in even though it is advertised both on their website and Google. No mention that limited options for food available. Luckily a nearby restaurant had some availability.
