The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and so was the breakfast room. The American bar has some smaller and bigger options for dining. The staff was very friendly and supportive when we had an issue with our first room.
The location is not so great if you don't have a car to get to the old part of the town.

A localização.
O nome Rafain palace hotel. Não condiz com as instalações. Antigas, cachorros dormindo nos quartos e latindo a noite . Café da manhã sempre igual. Ambiente sem vida antigo . Recreação das crianças na recepção . E várias pessoas fazendo checkup e uma confusão pois não escutava nada .poderia fazer em todos os lugares menos na recepção. Elevador com problema. Carpe no chão e cachorro nos quartos anti-higiênico e antigo . Deveria ter um lugar para pet determinado. E retirar os carpes pois ácaro e outros corre solto. Valor alto pela a acomodação que voz entrega aos clientes. Área de café da manhã cadeiras precisando de reformas . E móveis diferentes no mesmo ambiente. E ambiente externo pelo tamanho falta inspiração para deixar o ambiente mais agradável. Então para mim o nome (Palace hotel não condiz oque é entregue ao cliente.

Mucho entretenimiento para los niños. Todo el personal muy amables.
Están en obras por ampliación. Obviamente es temporal. Afectan en los accesos al área piscina y los espacios limitados. Pero repito, claramente temporal que nos ha tocado.

Jantar no hotel excelente. Espaço Kids fantástico, com muito cuidado com as crianças.
Pena que o espaço aquático ainda não está totalmente pronto, mas pretendo retornar quanto a obra for finalizada ❤️

No nos avisaron que estarían con trabajos de refacción y construcción de la pileta... muchos sitios de las instalaciones estaban con trabajadores y escombros... no pudimos disfrutar del hotel como se esperaba. Creo que el cliente tiene derecho a saber que estarían con obras.

I liked the room size and food in general
I didn’t like that almost nobody speaks English and when tried to speak Spanish the result was almost the same.
We had a group that was making noise on the pool until midnight and when complained about noise they sent me a guy to fix the noise in my room. They charged my mother in law something that she never had on her final bill. So besides the room comfort and food overall experience was very bad as I think that having 4 stars in a place that lives out of tourism you should at least have basic English and se ce of hospitality

The room wasn’t so clean, mold smell and they put two singles beds together to make a couple one.

this is called a hotel/convention center but it’s all but this. they should call it: hotel/kids club. the moment we walked in it was completely full of running and screaming kids, there’s a huge kids club area so if you’re looking for that, this is the place to go. checking in took long, the room smelled bad and was uncomfortable, also here in the hallway there were many screaming kids (and they get up very early) food was not good, overall we were just extremely happy to leave this place again.
