Die Lage von Wohnung ist perfekt, von Balkon auf der linke Seite sieht man Dedptak Boguslawa, überall ist sehr nah Brama Portowa Kaskada, Galaxy, Cafe 22 Plac Rodla, Plac Grundwaldzki E.Wedel . Perfektes Bett sehr sehr bequem. für max. 2 Personen ist perfekt.

nur 2 Gläser und 3 Tassen, nur ein TV Programm oder nicht korrekt TV eingestellt, auf dem Balkon Stolperfalle auf dem Boden. Badezimmer könnte besser geputzt werden, hinter der Waschmaschine, Duschkabine, Waschbecken Spiegel hat keine Ablage ist abgerissen. Keine Gardinen nur Vorhänge.

Spacious apartment in a nice, new building. Great location, very close to city centre and bus/tram stop. The key was delivered to me upon arrival, which was very nice.

WIFI was completely not working, the kitchen is equipped very poorly. Things like kettle, hairdryer or vacuum cleaner were either broken or of a poor quality. Inconvenient for a longer stay. The apartment is a couple years old, it could use small renovation and a solid cleaning. I had to request specifically for toilet paper and dishwasher detergents - never received enough.

Key-handover is very far - must take taxi to take the key and take taxi back to appartment. Location of appartment is not easy to know - loosing a lot of time and money to get there Very unsatifactory

You have to pick up the keys from one location and then walk far away to your apartment. It was the first and last time I’ve booked this place. Apart from that, here you cannot book a room for anyone else and pay for your guest. No, they will only accept the guest’s credit card and it’s nowhere written so.

Very good location. Apartment was clean. All is new there. There were towels, shampoos, tea and coffee sachetts. I highly recommand apartment at Tkacka 69.

Pillows in Tkacka 69 apartment must be changed. This was the only true bad thing about the apartment. They are simply not comfy - just completely used out. Lamps along the windows are making loud buzzing noise. Tv cannot be watched comfortably neither from bed nor from the sofa (however i don't have an idea how to improve this). Drainage in the shower needs to be cleaned (pushed). Water sometimes accumulated when showering for longer. Door knobes need to be looked into as the screws are loose already. I would also suggest to consider hanging a locker box with the keys at the appartment's gate so there is no need to collect the keys from a different location. Another suggestion is to provide a small stereo set with bluetooth connection (imo this would be a great addition since I hardly watch tv).

I have mixed memories after using service of this hotel company in Szczecin. Before my business trip, I paid for the apartment at least three days in advance, and I chose this apartment on the Booking map as it was 6 minutes from the train station, since I had a night arrival after 10:00 p.m. All the adventures started the day I was traveling by train to Szczecin. First, I was told that before check in to the apartment that I chose, I had to to pick up the keys in the box about 3 km from the train station where their another apartments is situated as well as reception. My requests to bring the key to the apartment, because I am tired and do not know the city at night, were rejected. The only thing I was offered was to stay in this apartment without extra charges 3 km from the train station, where I had to pick up the keys and where the reception was located. Therefore, my review will be about another object of this hotel company JTB. The impression of these apartments under the name JTB Nautica Aparthotel at the address Raginisa Street (reception is situated here) was depressing. There were dirty walls, non-working heating in one of the rooms, broken cups, sockets sealed with insulating tape, a blown surface on the floor, rust on the faucet, no wardrobe at all, there was not any sign with the password for the Internet, so I could not use Wi-Fi all my stay long. All this made a negative impression on me. Also, the apartment is on the ground floor, next to the house parking, so it was noisy. I also paid a PLN 300 deposit, which was quickly returned, but this is a fact. The only positive thing is that hotel managers are quick to respond to messages. In addition, they send instructions on how to find a hotel. In general, unfortunately, my impression of the apartments and cooperation with this hotel company is not very good.

I’m working remote and for me important good internet connection. In this apparent worst internet, and even my own mobile connection worked bad:( Kettle was broken and linens were dirty. I did disappoint that office position was in another part of town and I’m exhausted after 40 hours in bus must go to the office to take key and after go to the apartment.

Apartment is good and clean. Location is good. But.........

I NEED TO WARN YOU GUYS!!!! you need to pick-up the key in the opposite side of szczecin. If you don't have a car and your with luggage, it's very hustle. There is no kitchen tissue or any dust towel to wipe or clean the kitchen after using it. TV is not working.
