Great location , large rooms and friendly staff

Assumed breakfast would served in a dining room or similar and not self serve in room. That being said facilities in room to make were great!

Great size room, very comfy. Complimentary snacks very appreciative, and enjoyed the coffee machine. But best of all they now have a lift to the 1st floor!!

The rooms are well equipped, clean and beds are comfy. Also there are nice complementary nibbles and delicious tea’s. It’s close to all CBD facilities and staff are very helpful and friendly.

It’s getting a little expensive.

Room was beautiful and comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean. Plenty of parking on the property or on the street. Room had kitchenette which was handy. At the edge of town but max 10 mins walk to where you need to get to in town. You can get dinner and drinks at the Paragon Hotel across the road if you really don't want to go far. We watched the sunrise from the balcony on the upper floor.

The lack of shower pressure.

Lovely touches including snacks and yukata robes. Was in walking distance of town, so good to walk to dinner.

Bed was slightly too hard for our tastes, but not too bad.

We loved everything about this beautiful property and its staff. It is such a joy to stay in a hotel that still values all the little touches that make a stay special.

A beautiful building, very quiet with no noise from traffic or other guests. Off-street parking. Excellent communication from the hotel. Super comfy bed.

We loved staying here as it was so so peaceful and only a few minutes walk from the town!!! Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We highly recommend it!

The hotel is in an amazing building and rooms are comfortable and very well equipped. The bedding is good quality and the curtains are block out. The huge balcony at the front is perfect to unwind on.

Beautiful modern, spacious and clean room with kitchenette, high ceilings, tall windows bringing in an abundance of natural light, comfy bed that you sink into coupled with snuggly bedding, awesome bathroom. We enjoyed sitting outside on the communal verandah sipping on our wine and soaking up the views.

That I didn't stay a 3rd night..

Everything was amazing. The room was clean and the perfect size. The kitchenette was very well equipped. The bed was very comfy - I can't stand hotel beds that are so soft you sink into them (it hurts my back) so it was refreshing to have a bed that was actually supportive without being overly firm. The location was perfect! So close to the cafes/bars/shopping area.

If I *had* to say something negative, it would be that the shower pressure could be improved. I was lucky I didn't have to wash my hair or I would have been there for hours! But that's a very small 'complaint'.
