Breakfast very good , everything you would expect. Hosts were so nice ,went above and beyond expectations. Parking outside a huge bonus .

A friendly welcome to a very well-run guest house. Bed very comfortable. Good shower. Nice to have body shampoo as well as shampoo and conditioner provided. Easily accessible power sockets by the bed and above the dressing table. Breakfast room looks onto the harbour, very relaxing and pretty. Unlike the other side of the harbour (East Looe), this area is very quiet at night. This guest house is an ideal base for walking to Polperro, about 2-3 hours, a beautiful coastal route. (Get the hourly bus back for a couple of quid).

The bathroom basin was a bit small, and not easy to use as it was under a wall cupboard. The breakfast menu is quite meaty, with limited veggie/vegan options. However, the mushrooms were fresh and delicious.

Perfect location, marvelous views from the window, super-king-size bed, tastefully decorated room and other areas, big telly screen, and all other facilities what needed. Double glazing kept the sound of street off, big but cozy room, exceptionally clean. Tasty breakfast. Very helpful hosts, prepared even card, 2 gift-bottles of Prosecco & banner for my partner's birthday - made our stay memorable. We'll definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Everything. Without a doubt one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. Ben and Julie are excellent hosts. On arrival we were offered tea and cake, very welcome after a 3hr drive. We had room 3 this time, what a fabulous room. Overlooking the harbour, glass of wine watching the world go by. Excellent location with parking. If we are travelling to Looe we arrange our trip around vacancies here. If you are travelling to Looe try here first. Did I mention breakfast, what a breakfast, well done Ben and Julie.

Just spent two nights in this very cosy guest house. Lovely room with en-suite and a fantastic shower. Absolute bonus was the fridge in the room to chill our wine! Breakfast included was superb with fresh fruit and cooked breakfast with lots of choice and they catered for my vegan diet. Brilliant location overlooking the harbour with parking if you need it. Would definitely recommend booking early to get the harbour rooms. Thanks Julie and Ben for being great hosts!

Friendly and welcoming hosts— we were offered a pot of tea upon arrival—parking right in front a very good breakfast. We also loved the quiet location— so convenient to everything.

We liked everything but so much of an impression comes from interacting with the hosts and staff— and they were wonderful. Btw, be careful of relying on Google maps. We were sent up a steep and extremely narrow road just wider than the car when the actual establishment is so easy to get to. So just be aware.

Very good size of the room, nice and cosy, exceptional view from the windows, close to the centre of town, breakfast with a big choice of everything. I will definitely back again. Highly recommend!!

Lovely quaint Guest House in an excellent location in West Looe overlooking the River and Looe Bridge across to East Looe. The Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and their was a very nice relaxing vibe about the whole place. The bed was comfy and the room was nice with a fridge, coffee/tea facilities and plenty of storage. The breakfast was very nice, and they were happy to tailor it to our needs. We didn't use the free WIFI but it was available. Also within walking distance of shops and some great Seafood Restaurants.
