Amazing stay, experience of a lifetime! The amount of work that went into restoring the tower is fantastic!

Le lieu est somptueux: la décoration mélange avec finesse l’histoire du lieu avec la culture portugaise, avec quelques touches de modernité. C’est un véritable voyage dans le temps que nous faisons en entrant dans cet hotel.

Lubię wcześniejsze śniadania… choć to bardzo subiektywne kryterium.

voortaan onder het bed ook even stofzuigen:-) , ontbijt mag wel iets gevarieerder en wat uitgebreider. En wat mij betreft mag ontbijt wel al vanaf 8.00 uur in plaats van pas om 9.00 uur.

Location was perfect to explore the old city while being just outside the rush of the center. Wonderful common spaces inside to read a book or play cards and outside patio for morning coffee or working remotely. The owners and staff were friendly and gave a history of the property.

The room was charming and clean. We enjoyed the room and the bed was comfortable.

This "hotel" is really an Airbnb. The worst problem, there is NO ONE ON SIGHT to supervise your visit. When we finally found this location on the streets of Obidos, there are two confusing entrances to the property. Both require a CODE to enter the property, which we were NOT PROVIDED in our confirmation email. We called the "contact property directly number" on the email only to hear "not a working number!" We could not enter nor did we know if this was the "right" spot. Had to go to nearby hotel, with a receptionist, connect to their WIFI, download the Booking app and see the "contact directly" phone number was different than what was on email! Got in touch with the lady. She wasn't apologetic about the situation. We saw absolutely NO ONE once inside this place, no one to tell us about the property, where we could/couldn't go, about the breakfast, etc. It was bizarre. Also, by calling her again, found out breakfast is served beginning at 9 a.m.! which is too late!!! You won't get breakfast if you need to leave to catch a flight or continue on your journeys! Even though it is a charming "castle" property, I can not recommend this place!
