Facilities, food, location

Not a good idea to book during peak season. Undertaffed or staff are overworked or both. You'd have to keep following up on every little thing like where are the plates, the menu, our drinks, etc. We bought a bucket of beer that comes with a bar chow and they never served the bar chow. Probably our fault too that we forgot about it but I guess everything just all piled up with us requesting for every little details that should have been taken cared of in the first place.

I like property’s amenities and the staff were very courteous and friendly.

The Buffett was not that good.

Every staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also complete and everything was delicious. The view is also great for relaxation.

Weirdly enough, the room was very dark since the only light source were the lampshades. We asked if the lamp on the ceiling was broken but they said there really wasn't any light supposed to be there. The room was big enough to need a main light and not just 2 lamp shades.

The food was a bit expensive and has few choices on the menu

Worth the price

I like the exclusivity of the place, making it easy to go around with our kids since we are still recovering from the pandemic. The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Sunday lunch Filipino buffet was delicious. The kids loved the pool so much that they don't want to leave.

Only one elevator is working, and our room was moist and the floor was very cold due to moisture. The Saturday arab/indian buffet was not that delicious. Not a Pet friendly resort. I hope soon. I also hope that swimming time is adjusted earlier and late swimming is allowed bec 10-3pm is very hot, the time allowed for swimming is very limited.

Alacarte lunch was very good and price reasonable. The free breakfast buffet selection was exceptional! Service was excellent. They are all eager to be please and they did :) Special mention: the Ridge CAfe staff and manager :) View of the mountains were amazing and view of the city below at night were fantastic. Our room has these views from the small balcony.

To reach our room, from the lobby, we had to take a bit of a walk to the elevator , 2 floors down, a bridge walk, then another flight of stairs down. We were 'lost' the first time tho the view along the way were beautiful and open air. We enjoyed the 'walk' after that.

The view is amazing and the staff are nice. it was our anniversary so they surprised us with a free dessert and song

The food wasn’t good except for the cheese burger I had. 3 of the meals arrived cold or partly cold over our 2 night stay. On the 2nd night their was a buffet at 1100php per person which seemed like kebab meat and what was left over from breakfast that morning. The staff were either reluctant or genuinely didn’t know the price till we asked a 2nd time. But a lot of people were just grabbing plates so I imagine they got a surprise. There were ants in our room. Lastly they charge for the pool table but the table is not maintained neither are the cues

I didnt avail the buffet but we ordered rice and scrambled eggs and they are affordable and staff are really good
