Sono tornato in questo paradiso sul lago di Garda, che dire posto splendido x staccare dallo stress quotidiano personale sempre attento e gentilissimo nei problemi che possono capitare al cliente camere pulite e vista da sogno ...credo a breve un altro w.e. me lo faccio !!

Un endroit très calme. Une terrasse très agréable avec vue sur le lac, ou l'on peut prendre son petit déjeuner, le repas, ou tout simplement un verre. Un vaste choix pour le petit déjeuner aussi bien salé que sucré. Nous avons pris nos repas du soir à l'hôtel. La cuisine est familiale et excellente. Un rapport qualité/prix au top. C'est un hôtel ou nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Everything was really nice and clean. View from our balcony was amazing :) People working there were also nice and helpful. It was more than we expected for sure! Bed was super comfy and soft :)

We liked everything! Only thing I can say is that it would be even better if bedroom had its own fridge but other than that everything was great!

Hotel has great view , food (both breakfast and restaurant) is tasty. Owner and restaurant workers are English speaking and handsome. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The room air conditioner did not work. We had to pay additional tax when checking out.

The public terrace and the view, the waitress was very kind and speaks English. The room facing the mountain has a great lovely porch. To our surprise, the manager/barman/receptionist did not take any responsibility for the water flood in our room.

There is no a.c. and can't control light in room's private porch. When returning to our room in the evening the bathroom floor was flooded with (fortunately) clear water from beneath the sink. We were to tired to ask to move to another room or having somene fix it when we wanted to rest. In the morning, when we told the manager at checkout about the problem and our inconvenience, he did not seem to be surprised at all, was not empathic, and no compensation was offered.
