Everything was fantastic including the staff

I was allocated a room in the new/modern cottage that has just been recently built/finished

The place is nice and quiet. Beautiful for a family.
The reception was not so welcoming I did a reservation but on arrival they seem not sure about the number of guests. The intercom was not working and the foreign number which i tried to call was not being answered.

The staff and the location.
Special mention for Dorcas and Grever as they were co-operative.
Almost everything from checking in until we checked out.
No shower curtains
No door for the bathroom
No mirrors in the bathroom
No seat covers on the WC
Toiletries were not provided apart from a soap
No wardrobe
No hangers provided
No chairs and tea table in the room
No side tables next to the bed
Head rest was falling apart as it was not fixed and the bed was also 2 single beds combined together
No Aircon or fans
No storage space
There were no hooks either on the walls or the door so that we could hang our clothes.
We paid 140 USD for the room for 3 nights which was not even worth 60 usd for 3 Nights.
We demand a 50% refund for the price that we have paid.
In spite of having confirmed booking on arrival we found that our room was given to someone else and we were told to sleep in a makeshift room as the property was sold out.

I think they should train the guard more, he’s occasionally very rude and he never opens the gate he requires clients to open on their own which is just not right.

I had booked 2 months before and reservation was confurmed. Upon arrival I was told they were fully booked. The lady who attended to me called the manager who failed to resolve the issue, I had to wait for more than an hour she kept saying will call you back in 5mins. I had to leave and went to a hotel.
They overbooked, no accomodation for me.

It is truly home away from home. Very clean and lovely staff. Location is great!
The check in process could be better. Noone explained how things work...and the gate needs to be automated or manned at all times.
