Cute boutique style, very quiet

O hotel é lindo e os quartos são muito confortáveis e bonitos. Os funcionários são muito solicitos e simpáticos.

No primeiro dia encontrei um inseto que parecia uma barata na minha cama. Já era tarde da noite e acabei não contando a recepção, pois sabia que até alguém poder vir me ajudar o inseto já teria fugido.

Gostei do café com leite e do suco. O iogurte muito bem preparado. O doce de leite delicioso.

As frutas não estavam tão frescas. Na última diária as frutas estavam cortadinhas , com qualidade melhor. O suco poderia estar disponível em jarra como outros hotéis.

Great location . Friendly staff & lovely building

A small lift would have been very helpful ( we stayed in room 11). We understand it is a lovely old building but with heavy & big suitcases, not easy ! We stayed in a similar place in Palermo, they have integrated a small lift.

La localisaion est très intéressante dans le quartier de San Telmo, accessible à pied à beaucoup d'endroits et bien desservi par les transports la déco et l'ambiance est très sympa, clin d'oeil nostalgique et contemporain très cosy

L'espace de travail est très petit dans la chambre

La atención del personal fue buena.

La habitación era muy pequeña, no estaba limpia. La comida del desayuno parecía añeja y recalentada. Además, las gradas no son aptas para personas adultas, tener que subir el equipaje fue difícil.

Arrived on a late flight & stayed one night. Quick check-in & friendly staff. The hotel & rooms are gorgeous. Beds are incredibly comfortable with fantastic hotel style linens. Breakfast is buffet with really good coffee. I wish we stayed longer!

Great location, safe, near many restaurants and one of the yellow city hop on hop off bus stops (at park). I was in one of the cheaper downstairs rooms but still very acceptable. All staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. I will add that I moved here from another cheaper place also on Booking.com that I felt very unsafe at. Would not go out after dark there but this place where L'Addresse is, was great.

A certain charm in the art nouveau- belle epoch building and vintage furniture and curiosities. Very high ceilings Our room was very quiet, as was the common area.

The only windows open on to a common walkway, meaning that either curtains drawn all the time and no natural light, or curtains open and no privacy. Also, high ceilings are charming, but with no lift, its a long flight of stairs up to the rooms. We wer offered help with our bags, but only BEFORE we discovered no lift!

Beautiful old building, great location within walking distance of San Telmo market. Nice breakfast.

Avoid a room off the downstairs patio- people smoking there all night and smoke wafts in to your room.

Lovely hotel in centre of San Thelmo . Within walking distance of the historic market , museums , parks , vintage shops and Sunday Market. Informative staff who gave good advice and minded bags . Lovely breakfast - all in all. A Very relaxed environment with a good mix of travellers .

This hotel is such a gem! Perfectly situated in San Telmo and close to everything! Staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. The morning breakfast was excellent. This hotel did not disappoint!!

only one thing - our room #1 was located next to a smoking area that was often occupied, and the smoke would waft into our room via the bathroom window, even when closed.

- Helpfulness from staff. - Comfortable bed and high quality bed clothing. - Very good air conditioner in room.

- Breakfast could have more options of food. - A minibar in room would be very helpful to keep some cold water for warm days (I knew it would not be offered when I had booked, so it's just a suggestion).

quirky hotel. pleasant staff.

we booked a large room and arrived to be told the bathroom was broken so were given a double which my husband said was like being in a lift shaft with no windows. I don’t think they were telling the truth as they messaged us to ask how many there were of us (we had booked a triple room) and although we had the big room on the 2nd night they told us we couldn’t move our stuff in till after check in time at 3. breakfast was pretty basic.
