Aangename locatie, leuke chalets en vriendelijk personeel. Diervriendelijk. 11 euro extra voor de hond mee te nemen.

Onderhoud van de chalets kon beter. We hadden geen warm water en onze douche was kapot. Dit hebben we gemeld bij de receptie. Even later kwam een technieker om alles te herstellen met een nieuwe douchekop mee.

Het domein en de huisjes zijn heel netjes, heel rustige omgeving

Er is niet echt iets tegengevallen

We kwamen (mijn man en ik) voor een 10 dagen verblijf. Sleutel hing aan de deur en alles was schoon en netjes. S'avonds knus met de electrische haard aan. In de keuken was er voldoende spullen om te koken. Miste alleen een broodmes en wat (grotere) diepborden. TV uitleg zou ook handig zijn en info in nederlands. We hebben genoten van de vogels in de ochtend (kwamen mee eten op balkon) en de vliermuizen die rond vloog, de mist over de Maas zien rijzen, en ieder ochtend de zon, want we hebben de hele tijd mooie weer. Heel triest dat de Bonne Heur restaurant is afgebrand. We hebben de eerste avond in de snackbar iets genomen, jammer dat ze geen nederlands sprak maar ja we moeten onze frans verbeteren. Maar Ronaldo (de pizza machine 😉) maakt een geweldige pizza in 3min. Wat een uitvinding. We hebben ons eigen fietsen meegenom maar als je helemaal naar Dinant will fietsen dan stopt de veilige fietspad in Waulsort en dan moet je nog 4km verder fietsen op de gewoon weg. Een aanrader is begin in Givet en vanaf daar kan je heerlijk en rustig fietsen langs de Maas voor uren lang zonder autos. We kwamen voor rust en natuur en dat hebben we zeker gehad. We komen wel terug. Never a dull moment want er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving.

Af en toe kwam er een vieze riolering lucht in de keuken nadat de douche gebruik is.

Easy check-in. The chalet was big, modern, clean and with a very nice view. Place was quiet and beds were comfy for a perfect night.

Check in at 3pm and leaving at 10am makes the price quite high. TV signal wasn’t stable so much we stopped watching it. A jakuzzi was mentioned but there was no water inside. We booked a 6+2 chalet but only 4 of us could make it. We have tried through the reservation centrale to change it to a 4p which was available but they didn’t agree. The check out process is quite heavy for the price paid and for the single night spent. Three different locations have to be visited to dispose linens, garbage and the keys.

Arrival access was very easy, per text message instructions received and the keys were in the bungalow when we arrived. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. The location is good as a base for visiting other places by car. Parking near the bungalow was not an issue, perhaps due to it not being very busy in the park when we were there. Plenty of playgrounds and a large one beside the indoor swimming pool. Issues with the television and a friendly guy from the staff came along quickly to sort things out.

Not very many facilities available, especially for when the weather is not great. The indoor play area is a drive or a 15 minute walk uphill to across from the reception. The restaurant and the mini market are not open. Luckily we read this in reviews from other guests and did our shopping in Givet before arriving at the location. The café on site does simple things, snacks, and coffee and beer. Good, but not for everyday. The indoor pool on site was ok for about max. 20 people, however the water was milky from chlorine and not filtered very well. Even as first in the morning there were hairs floating in the water. Also, nobody there from the park to ensure safety in the water or control unruly children or adults. The steps down to the riverside to go walking further are very steep. More than 100 euro paid before arrival for cleaning and service costs, but still requested to clean and tidy the bungalow before leaving. Extra bin bags and dishwasher tablets provided however no tea towels or washing up liquid for quick washing. And only 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 3 for a week! Also luckily read this in previous reviews so bought our own beforehand.

Great site with excellent facilities and plenty of space for the kids to explore. The chalet was well equipped and perfectly clean. Blaimont is a great base to explore Wallonia and the Ardennes.

A pity that the restaurant in the village has closed. Pizza vending machine was cool and food was good, but not the same as visiting a restaurant. Some visitors pay no attention to the parking rules.

We like the house surrounded by nature and peaceful location, and there is a friendly facility for dogs.

To get to the reception is too far by foot. Yet, there is no supermarket in the area.

The location was stunning and cabins were very clean and tidy

No parking space near cabin so had to walk up and down a steep hill to get to our car, also the hob didn't heat up, but as only staying a couple of nights we didn't see any staff to sort it out.

We liked the scenery. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. It was pleasant to have many activities outside, like ping-pong, beach volley field, basket and tennis fields. The whole area was very calm and relaxing.

All the sport facilities are a bit outdated, and they should be better maintained and repainted. If you want something to eat other than what proposed on the menu, you have to travel quite a bit ( ~ 10' by car) . Some extras (like bath towels) are not included in the initial prices. When contacting the properties via booking, the answers were sent via email which was not always very efficient.

No issues at all. Place, location, main facilities - everything looked fine. View was also nice. We walked around the place to get better impression and it was fun for the weekend

There was no sauna as advertised everywhere. Booking charged us a lot more than the place really cost.

Hour before we could have check in - I got a message with instructions. It was very easy and nice. Pool are clean and warm. Playgounds were also clean. Kids loved it. Sauna I did not find, by the pool there is hottub. In general - we loved it. There is free wifi all around.

For me there were no minuses. Everything easy and accessible. Maybe for handicap people it can be not so easy, because there is a lot of hills.

The location and the vue are amazing. Very green and a lot of space to play for the children.

So poor at the restaurant, lack of choices and to dinner. They need a better restaurant. And its necessary to reserve in advance for the activities.

The keys were on the table so we could just drive to the cabin, enter it ourself and did not have to go to the reception desk. The cabin's terrace had a great view over the valley. It was really nice sitting outside and enjoying the serenity, peace and view. The park was beautiful and well maintained.

One of our cabins unfortunately smelled to cigarette smoke although it was forbidden to smoke in the cabins. Therefore we had to keep the windows open for a long time to get some fresh air that didn't smell. Fortunately it was warm outside.

Easy check in and out. Clean cottages with all basic amenities

The location is excellent, in a beautiful valley, above the river, with sunset view on the terrasses of each bungalow. We enjoyed playing tennis, using the swimming pool and the kids playground. It is a great idea to have a pizza machine on the spot, there was also a food truck, a restaurant, and one could order fresh pastries for breakfast. There is laundry service available. The place is near Dinant and near nice hiking trails. We had one small issue with the bungalow, and we received support and a solution within 10 minutes (outside opening hours of the reception) - many thanks for the excellent service! Last but not least, the bungalow was very well-equipped, comfortable, ergonomic, making the most of the available space, super convenient. By freezing outside temperatures, inside it was always very cozy and warm.

The heated pool was a nice added value. De indoor playground was fun.

In the nights its dark and it's missing lights. In the morning the houses have windows near the roof without shades. Al the rooms have top windows. If a light gets turned on, all rooms become lighted.
