Only a five minute walk into town. Near to town and places to walk the dog. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast

Reserved parking was behind the hotel across a road outside some flats- so didn’t feel that secure. Room fairly small, but had everything we needed.

Our second stay here. Says it all! Friendly reception, same suite as last year: spacious, clean, comfortable 👌. For us, the perfect location. Ten minutes to the shops, restaurants and harbour. But surrounded by the park, you can also enjoy a rural walk. Across the road, there is the little Animal Park, and two minutes more, and you're at the little beach ⛱️ 😀 😎. Highly recommend the beach bar for snacks etc.

we’ve stayed at many hotels in the world but never had anything close to the service we received from Vincent. Such a star when it comes to personal service. We had our dog with us who also enjoyed the stay and was warmly welcomed. We visited the spa, after a personal introduction of it by Vincent, and it was modern and very cosy. Over all a great stay!

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming - the best hotel staff we have ever met. The bedroom was clean and in very good condition. All the general areas, like corridors, lounge, dining room, hallways and the gardens were clean and well cared for. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I would have liked slippers to be provided, for non-spa customers, like us, a coffee machine in the bedroom, rather than instant granules (ugh!), more Lipton's yellow teabags for my husband and some fresh milk. The only other thing was that the shower tray was stained yellow and the grouting, near the shower tray needed to be repaired. During breakfast, there was a very shouty woman in charge, in the kitchen. Some of the young staff were nervous around her.

the room cleaning service was excellent. very polite and courteous. location was good.

the reception area was small and awkward. we didn’t feel welcome. the only personnel that was helpful was the first person we saw. after that, it went downhill with the lady manager in charge. we complained about the difficulty of having the wifi in the room and the problem was similar at the reception, and the answer she gave us was our phones having insufficient gigabytes ! i mean, really !! so that was a very bad start to our holidays. the parking was inconvenient, albeit the 250m away. not good when my husband has difficulty walking.

Beautiful room, comfy bed. Great bathroom. Friendly staff.Excellent value for money. we will stay again when next in La Rochelle.

A little boutique hotel by park, very close to the town centre. Walking distance everywhere. Very friendly stuff. Very clean. Comfortable beds and linen. Nice and clean bathroom with shower. We didn't have breakfast, but free coffee in the lobby and a place to sit and relax was lovely. We prebooked a parking and was able to park our car very close to the hotel. Spa requires additional charge, a bit too pricy in my opinion. Choice of massages was nice, I had one and was happy with it.
