Location, Size

As my girlfriend and I arrived and put our suitcases in the room, landlord said we would have two closets out of three that were in the bedroom.. It seemed odd but we said OK, they were pretty big closets.. She left and when we opened them, the two closets were full of landlords' winter stuff. We called her and asked to free up the space in the second closet and she said "How much stuff did you bring!!!? People usually leave their stuff in the suitcases on the floor." Then unwillingly she freed the space in the second closet, still leaving their scarves on the top shelf.. The bedroom also had a damp smell to it. She left two medium sized and one small towel in the bathroom, and when we asked for more she said :" what!!? You didn't bring your own towels!? .".In the bathroom cabinets there were also landlords' stuff. When we pay for the space, we feel it should be free of strangers personal belongings, and they were using it as a storage. Bed mattress is very soft and uncomfortable, higher in the middle. Curtains not sunproof, so expect to wake up early :( The most uncomfortable thing happened at the checkout.. I mistakenly saw that check out time was 10-11am and at 9:50am the landlord came and started yelling that why aren't we packed and ready to go, we tried to explain but she was furious saying she won't be able to clean on time for the other guests to arrive.. We felt horrible, my girlfriend almost cried. At 10:20 we were out of there.. She didn't even said goodbye, just her poor husband walked us out.. That women should not be allowed to work with people.. We will never stay here again and you shouldn't either. :(
