A dumpster a half way house 🏘️ the blankets had holes the pillows 🤣 we're smelly ☺️ no hygiene 🪥 it was a disaster from hell and the extremely big pool u see is the size of Pail 🪣 it dirty it hasn't been clean in years is not for a couple or family oriented is for prostitute and alcoholics and drug attic nasty 🤢 prize wise 🦉 uou should pay a $100 peso a night

the staff was great they were very nice and helpful

the room was very dirty there were cockroaches bedbugs in the pillows and on the bed. the bed was very hard. they didn't put on toilet paper so I had to go and buy some. for the towels it was phew, they were torn, the shower was so small when you bathe there was water everywhere the room was completely different from the pictures on the websites there was no breakfast

Everything was fine

Location is good, terrace with swimming pool is comfy and breakfast made by a smiling lady is very pleasant.

After arriving we were offered an unfinished room, the one from the pictures, but one you can't really stay over night (fridge, sink, shower, cooker not working). Next choice was dark smelly room under the terrace. We refused, so the last choice was an acceptable room close to the firs one. Reality was worse, problems with toilet, no fridge, not working cooker and BEDBUGS. The biggest problem was that the staff wasn't really interested and behaved like it was our fault if we chose that room. I think there is a strategy to give you the cheapest room they have... To be honest, they are repairing a lot of things now, but I thing the problem is the stuff and the dirt they can accept in the rooms which they offer.

dirty, ware out rooms, do not upkeep their rooms. tv 📺 old and smaller then my forearm, bathroom and room terrible and extremely dirty. air conditioner old and not working.. omg never 👎 AGAIN!! staff argumentative when brought a complaint about the room and was not pleasant .. never have i being un a horrible place
